Thanks so much for the awesome review, Patrick! We're so happy you and your family came back again — and that the kids still love the Jedi room (it's definitely a hit!). Glad you found us after the ownership change, and we really appreciate you noticing the updates we’ve made. We try hard to keep everything clean and comfy, and it's great to hear it shows. Windsor Hills is such a fun spot, and we're glad your family loves it as much as we do. Hope to have you back again next year!

Hi Brennan, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are happy to hear you found the townhouse very clean and that our management team was quick and responsive. We are sorry for any confusion regarding the pool heat. The listing description (and rental agreement) actually do note that pool heat is optional, and available for an additional daily fee, and we apologize if that detail was missed during booking. We appreciate you sharing how that impacted your decision. Regarding the kitchen supplies, our homes are stocked with standard, starter cookware and dishes, but we understand that guests who enjoy cooking sometimes may need just a little more. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us during your stay if anything feels lacking; we are always happy to help make your stay more comfortable right away. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
