Our stay was perfect . The beach isn’t too far, the pool was great & plenty of room for our family of 9. Tyler was absolutely incredible and quick to respond

We loved our stay!! Tyler was the most amazing host, on top of everything so very quickly! We got there to the AC not working properly and he had someone there within 10 mins (not exaggerating) to get it fixed. He was super polite and helpful! My family and I loved the house, couldn't get the kids out of the pool to go to bed . Would 1000% stay in one of Tyler's properties again!

We had a few issues but once we contacted the host things were resolved. The pool was green. The grass was high. Prior to our arrival it had rained quite a bit. Apparently this was the reason for the issues with the pool and grass needing to be cut. The owner contacted me himself and called the pool guy and lawn people to come out right away. The home itself was very nice and we would stay here again. The location was perfect, close to Clearwater Beach & close to Bay Care Ball park. Lots of restaurants near by. The host was very friendly and helpful and came right away to give us extra towels and pillows. I did not give this 5 stars for the reason listed above. But I would give this place another try to rate it 5 stars. Overall great place.
