Rent a Piece of Paradise, Best Location on the Island!

Rent a piece of paradise right in the heart of beautiful Old Town Key West. Walking distance to all major attraction (restaurants, bars, art galleries, nightlife). Condo is also located right near Fort Zachery Taylor State Park which has the best beach in Key West. We have a seven night minimum stay. There are 2 bedrooms, both have queen sized beds. There is one bathroom. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, all towels provided.

We offer strong reliable ,strong internet for our guests!!!

Great Place

Nice little 2 bedroom condo. Great location to walk to wherever you want. Pool access, private, clean property, gated community, and owner was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and equipped with all the comforts that of home. Check-in was easy. Pool in complex was nice and refreshing. Unit is in great location, short walk to Duvall. Blue Heaven is only a few blocks away and was our favorite breakfast stop.

Great property!

This is an amazing condo. Quiet atmosphere but just a short walk to all of the sites and fun. We had an excellent time here, we enjoyed the pool, and the hosts left plenty of amenities for us to use. Definitely recommend booking here!

Totally enjoyed our stay at the Shipyard Condos. Our place was spotless, had all amenities, and was within walking distance to many highlights on the island, yet far enough away to get away from the action - perfect location. Could not be happier and definitely plan to return.

The property was very well kept and comfortable. All the furniture was very comfortable and we were able to enjoy the deck each day. Nice amenities and very clean. Property owner was very engaging. We didn’t want to leave!

Perfect Week in Paradise

We had the best time in Key West. Your condo had everything we needed, plus extras. The location was perfect and we were beyond grateful for the awesome air conditioner. We arrived a few hours before check-in and it was nice to be able to drop our suitcases and explore Duval Street, thank you for that flexibility. I would highly recommend booking this condo, you won't be disappointed.

This property was perfect all the way around. As everyone has mentioned previously, the location couldn’t be better and the neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. The condo is well stocked with essentials, so I’d suggest checking in before you hit the grocery store! The only bad part was having to leave!

The property has many kudos that other Key West properties do not have, the prime being parking. We also thought that the historical context that links the entire area to the original base is fascinating.

Location Location Location

This cute condo was perfect for the two of us. We were able to walk to many of our favorite places, but also had a designated parking spot for our rental car. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to do some cooking when we needed a break from dining out. Communication was easy between us and the owner, as well as the housekeeper. We hope to stay again in the future.

A piece of paradise

This location is perfect for everything and anything in KeyWest. The property is perfect for vacationers and we have stayed here for years...never looking anywhere else! Donna is great to deal with and has kept the condo up to date and clean! The patio space is perfect for relaxing after that hard day at the beach! Lol...

We welcome visitors from all over the country. We have many repeat guests, who come year after year. They love to see what improvements we've made.

We started vacationing in Key West in August. The first time we visited, there were yellow butterflies everywhere. At the pool we saw hummingbirds. The snorkeling at the beach was like swimming in a living aquarium. I was hooked!
