There were no issues everything we needed was available and it was nice and quiet would go there again.

This accommodation was in an excellent area. It was close to the airport, close to all shopping, grocery stores, eateries. It’s in a new subdivision, close in proximity to all the highways and not far from downtown. There are laundry facilities, excellent provisions in the unit. A safe and secure area. We would rent from Victor again!

We enjoyed our stay and the property was clean and tidy and stocked with items listed in the description. This is the first time I stayed in a VRBO where I was not sent check-in instructions prior to arrival, so I did have to call the host to confirm I was in the correct place and using the correct entrance. There was ample parking for the rental vehicle and seats on the deck to enjoy the sunshine. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

While the place needed some TLC it was adequate for our needs. We had a couple of issues but the owner responded quickly and addressed our issues. If there was a negative, it would be that the sofa was soiled. We used a blanket to cover it. The host aimed to please.

This two bedroom property is very comfortable and clean. It even has cable tv! The location is easily accessed from the TransCanada highway. Check-in to the apartment was simple and efficient. It does take about 20 minutes to drive into downtown St. John’s. That means you cannot walk to major attractions. So, if you are getting “screeched -in”, or dining, plan to take a ride share or taxi. There is on site parking, which is helpful. A working GPS is a must to navigate St. John’s “interesting” roads from the apartment. This new residential area is quiet at night: an advantage one would not have in the core. The apartment is generally well-stocked. Having a larger supply of eating utensils would be helpful or one is washing dishes/using the dishwasher a lot. Hint to new guests: one must close the dishwasher door very firmly in order to get it to start. The host, Victor, is very congenial and responsive. We would definitely recommend it to others.

It was a cozy and quiet apartment. Very clean and tidy. My only issues were: 1) I booked it because it stated that there was a hot tub on site, but no where in the House Instructions/Help List was there an option to use said hot tub on sight. That was a big disappointment. 2) they have glad air freshners plugged in and they were overpowering and gave me a headache and a stuffed sinus.

Very kid and family friendly, only thing with kids that you need to look out for is the rug in the living room and the rug in the kitchen with food.Friendly, very accommodating manager and in a great location for what we needed. I expected staying in the city to be pretty loud but I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't as I'm a light sleeper.

I had to contact them to get check-in details. While the house was clean but there was a lot dust and stains on the couch. The place was cold and would have appreciated having the heat on. Location was good and washer and dryer was available. Neighbourhood was quiet.

Regarding the check-in instructions, they were provided on our listing before your arrival, so it's possible they were overlooked. We're sorry if they weren't easy to find. As for the dust, the apartment was thoroughly cleaned and inspected under my supervision before check-in. I'm not sure how that happened, but we appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we'll certainly look into it. Regarding the heater, your stay was in early July, which is the middle of summer, and most of our guests actually request air conditioning rather than heat. However, we understand that everyone's comfort level is different, and we'll keep this in mind for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us and wish you all the best.

Our apartment was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Just one suggestion - the stairs going down into the apartment need to be repaired for guest safety.
