Definitely returning!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying and will continue to for our family vacations. Each couple had their own room and bathroom. Everything was clean and plenty of towels. It's an older home but they seem to be doing some updating which is good. Nice to be right on a private beach! No big crowds fighting over space.

It was ok

Overall our stay was great. The location was awesome! The house needs some upgrades. The house smelled musty had to go buy glade plug-ins and put in every room. Kitchen needs a little more attention as well. But otherwise a great stay!

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this home which is ON THE BEACH! we saw dolphins, a manatee, 2 American Bald Eagles, lots of osprey. we love being able to set up on the beach and not worry about being crowded.

Great location, but needed some repairs and supplies

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, easy 50 yard walk right out back door to the white sandy beach. June grass (seaweed stuff) was unfortunately there our week so no fishing. Neighbors had to tell us about the "30 feet of waterfront" rules which was a bit off-putting and asked us to move down a bit to stay in our slot. Great layout for everyone to have their own space. Host of maintenance issues and missing essentials: back door handle fell off, sliding glass handle was dangling by a thread, microwave was rusted out and caught on fire, grill insides caught fire and needs to be cleaned out badly, no grill utensils, no spatula for kitchen, no kitchen garbage bags, no hand or dish soap. To their credit, 30A maintenance (Brandon) came out and fixed everything and brought us a new microwave and all the missing supplies mentioned above. AC probably needs to be serviced as it was struggling to keep up during the heat of the day. Tons of beach toys, paddle boards, chairs, umbrella. Master overlooking the ocean was awesome to sit and have a drink. Back deck with big umbrella provided a beachfront experience and nice place for meals. Miles of biking paths once you get on the main drag with loads of shops and restaurants. Fresh fish (grouper!) and steamed shrimp from Goatfeathers Fish Market were phenomenal and the highlight of the week). For the price i expected more; but once they worked out all of the maintenance and supplies kinks, i'd consider staying there again.

Great location ok place

Our experience was ok! The location was so great right on the beach. The carpet is kind of gross. Kitchen is so outdated we didn’t even want to cook! Downstairs bedroom has mold coming out of the vents so we put the kids together. I wouldn’t let them sleep in a moldy room! There were good things though like the bikes and the parking was easy right out front.

We loved being able to walk right to our private beach. The house had so much more to cook with. We were totally impressed with this rental. It had beach towels, kitchen essentials, plenty of room. Loved it. Thank you

Great place overall.

We had 6 adults and 3 children and this place suited our needs perfectly. The unit is definitely a little dated but clean and the beds and furniture are comfortable. Our only complaints are the mildew smell in the lower level, refrigerator is inadequate for that many people and the racks are broken and upstairs is too hot. It is a great location and right on the beach!! Make reservations for restaurants at least 2 weeks in advance.

On the Beach!

The house is right on the beach, just steps away from being on the white sand. The house is dated, but the accommodations were perfect for our group - 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. Loved the location and would go back again.

Great get away, perfect location.

The kids loved it. The traffic was not bad. Perfect for the beach, fishing, kayaking, and so much more. The house was super clean and plenty of adequate space for everyone. The owner was wonderful and easy to communicate with.

What a super place to stay! The private beach made all the difference for our comfort on the beach!

Ten of us stayed with no problem with space for all. The air conditioner worked great! We were able to store our personal kayaks and beach gear with easy access to the beach each day. The only things in need of upgrade are the ice maker and sliding of the patio door(it sticks). Thanks for a wonderful beach rental!

Love the views!

Wow!! The location and views are amazing. The townhouse is older but has everything we needed. And 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms we never felt like we were crowded with 8 people staying there.

Best Location!

The location of this property right on the beach is perfect! It is is also close to great dining options and the town on Seaside if you choose to go out. The home itself has some dated features but it offers great space across three levels. We found the home well cleaned and communicating with the property manager was easy and responsive. You do have to rent beach chairs and umbrellas, which I didn't expect from a beach house rental but there is a separate service you can use that will bring these things to the home. We had a great time and we would stay again!

Great for families

This properly was perfect for our family. We loved being right on the beach and away from the crowds. This was an older property but very comfortable. It is three levels so we were able to spread out and have enough room for everyone.
