Super clean place with lovely decoration, comfy mattresses, and nice outdoor space to sit and sip a coffee. Feels like home! Close to trails for biking and hiking, as well as exploring nearby communities.

This place was great! Super clean and comfortable, in a quiet part of Duncan. Lots of stuff to do in the area, and everything feels pretty close or is at least easily accessible. Lots of little touches, like ground local coffee and cocoa, made our stay feel special. Check in and out procedures were extremely easy, which is always a plus, and Christina was super communicative.

We had a great stay at the Cottage! We stayed 3 nights. Was great for us - 3 adults. It is one big room, with a very comfortable king bed and a single day bed that was also comfortable. Bathroom amenities were great as were everything in the kitchen. Loved the coffee so much that we bought some of the same kind to take home. Lots of games and things to use, if wanted. Thank you for a great stay, will stay with you again next time in Duncan!

Good location in Duncan in a quiet neighborhood. No cooking other than a barbecue and a microwave. Mini fridge on floor in a corner requires being on your knees to use. Presents well, very comfy king bed.

Regarding the kitchenette, we understand that cooking facilities would have been a welcome addition. As noted and portrayed in our listing, Studio Cedar Guest Cottage is equipped with a mini fridge, BBQ, electric kettle, coffee maker, Bodum, and blender. We have a renovation planned that includes an upgrade to a full kitchen, and once it's complete, we'll update our listing to reflect the new indoor cooking facilities. We hope you'll consider staying with us again when that time comes!
