THE SPACE



Your suite is a generously sized hotel-style room on the 4th floor, featuring a separate sleeping area with a king bed and a living area with a queen pullout couch. One full bathroom and a kitchenette mean you can prepare simple meals or grab breakfast before heading out. High-speed internet keeps you connected (or lets you disconnect on purpose), and modern furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere after a full day outdoors.

We do utilize a weblink outside the platform that directs guests to our guidebook. You will receive an email with this link. This is the ONLY way guests can access check-in information, and facilitates the collection of fees and other special requests/upgraded services we offer.

To protect your stay, you'll choose one of two options during online check-in: a $150 refundable security deposit (a temporary card hold, released after checkout) or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40).



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the condo and Grand Lodge amenities. The Grand Lodge has a Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, Steam room, free parking (guests are given one parking pass per room) , EV charging and is in the perfect location to Mt. Crested Butte. (please note if any of the amenities are not operational during your stay, we will not offer a refund as we don't have control over the amenities).



The Neighborhood:

We are a short distance from the town of Crested Butte where Elk Avenue provides a great place to shop, dine, visit historic buildings and art galleries.

The area offers outdoor activities in all seasons! It is a great place to enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, skiing, and snowshoeing.

The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport is a 45-minute drive from the Grand Lodge. Landmarks and attractions are easily accessible and the resort is just a 5 min walk away!



Getting Around:

Most Guests bring their car to get around (we have a free parking lot with EV charging), but there are shuttles to get around if you'd prefer!

This property does not have air conditioning.



Please note: we do not do daily linen service like a traditional hotel (this is Airbnb style). However, if you'd like a turnover to be done during your stay, please give us a 24 notice so we can coordinate with the cleaner. There is an extra cost for this, which is $100.



-This unit is not pet friendly. Only floors 1 and 2 are pet friendly. This unit is on the 4th floor. You may see pets on the 4th and 5th floors, however if an owner is staying in their unit, then they are allowed to have a pet (this is the buildings policy and has nothing to do with Traverse Hospitality ).
