Everything was great. My only concern was that it was not together. I was hoping to have the two floors together as one. It was hard to keep the family together since there were two kitchens and two gathering places. It was a family reunion for us since we always gathered in fort Myers for the past forty years but of course hurricane Ian ruined our annual get together. I was disappointed when my original choice was cancelled a few weeks before and I didn't have many choices. Overall we made the best of it and we had a great time. The view of the marina was spectacular!! We took many great pictures. Thank you for a great time!!

The location of this property was PERFECT for us. It was a quiet neighborhood that was just a short walk from the bustling street and beach. The space in the home and pool area was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Communication back from the host was a little slow. A few of the drawbacks were having a dirty floor, dirty bed skirt, and no drain in the jacuzzi tub on the third floor bedroom. The room by the pool had unfinished electrical work and trim work, but provided a good place for respite while we were at the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Fort Meyer's Beach and were happy with our accommodations.
