Welcome to "The Sea Turtle," a delightful vacation destination 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium that offers 4th floor direct oceanfront views and a private community swimming pool and beach dune crossing just steps away from your front door. This residence has recently been updated with new vinyl woodgrain flooring throughout the living areas and bedrooms, fresh paint, and full refurnishing of the decor. Sleeping accommodation includes a king-size bed in the Master Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a deluxe queen-size inflatable air mattress if needed. A wide flat screen TV in the living room is surrounded by comfortable seating for inside relaxation, but this home also offers an oversize balcony directly accessible from both the Living Room and Master Bedroom overlooking the oceanfront beach and blue water beyond. Plan your day with breakfast and the sea breeze at sunrise or end your afternoon recreation with beverages and dinner. There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of the surf and gentle ocean air. This rental property also provides its guests with access privileges to the Marriott Resort Ocean Club if you wish to enjoy on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, and beach club access in addition to the private community pool and amenities included within your condominium building. Please contact Ocean Club Pro Shop at the Marriott Hutchinson Island for information regarding fees and guest membership access. The Spoonbill Condominium Association prohibits smoking anywhere on the Spoonbill premises.

Family with 3 children staying for spring break.Pros: perfect location, great view, everything you need for the beach including umbrellas, chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and a few soft coolers.Cons: only one frying pan and it was chipping, and the place needs a good deep clean. The inner shower curtains are white with soap scum. Corners, baseboards, light switches, lamp shades all dirty.

Loved the condo on Hutchinson Island.I was thrilled to have found it!Best view ever and in a perfect spot for enjoying the ocean, pool and Stuart and surrounding areas.The condo was lovely, clean and well appointed with everything you need to have a stress free stay.Appreciated the beach chairs, and extra towels.Great Stay.

Excellent stay!

Great condo- oceanfront is the best! It was very clean and well equipped. Checking in/out was very easy. Building was quiet and relaxing. Beach entrance was very close. Easy drive to all shopping, restaurants, etc.

Beautiful view of the ocean

This place has the most amazing view of the ocean. We woke up to beautiful sunrises every morning. You can actually see the sunrise from the master bedroom. Downtown Stuart had great places to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Wonderful

Beautiful, welll-equipped condo with lovely furnishings. Beds were very comfortable and everything we needed for beach was provided… beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. Gorgeous ocean view. Would love to stay here again!

Magnificent Location

We were overwhelmingly impressed with the beautiful view, amenities, ease of transaction and the condo, location and parking. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with ample comfortable seating. The ocean breeze was just amazing on the patio. Coming back here every opportunity.

great quiet place

we had a wonderful time at this location. The views are absolutely breathtaking. We went in April, which is not the busy season and it was absolutely perfect. The condo itself is an older condo, but is decorated very well and is very clean. Host were wonderful and everything was great. Couldn’t say enough great things about it.

I have been in several condos in the same sector, but this is by far the best equipped, the kitchen equipment is much better than the rest. The set of very useful information.

As advertised, despite Ongoing Construction Noise

The property is nice, clean, well-kept but does need updating overall. Additionally, the construction and noise is extremely annoying starting promptly at 8 a.m. daily.

We were suppose to be on the top floor the 4th floor as it's said on the paper! but we got the 3rd floor and people above us was noisy night and day!!the next day the Agence ask us to move to another apartment because the balcony was being repainted or not using the balcony during our stay. This was stressful! but we stayed anyway.The conforter in the bed was dirty, really dirty. It was cold and we could't use the conforter. It was disgusting!! We have been renting a lot with VRBO and it was a big disappointment!! for 500 a night!!!

The unit is represented as a 3rd fl unit with a 4th fl view due to under building parking. On 1/26 we found out the contractor was scheduled to complete work on the balconies, which was delayed due to weather the prior week. The guests were immediately notified and emailed 3 units in the next building to move to. They declined and refused access to the balcony the day they were to be sealed. We didn’t contact them again about access. As a result, the POA must have the company return which could be an additional cost. This was Florida state mandated repairs with a deadline due to the condo collapse in Miami. We only heard about the comforter after we asked the guests to allow access to the balcony or accept the option to move. We know the comforter was clean but would have changed it out. They also refused. They say they rent a lot through VRBO and have a profile since 2014 and only have 1 review. As a property manager of multiple VRBO units, we choose not to review difficult guests.
