Amazing property where you feel exclusive yet close to many things. He was clean, cold, the backyard was beautiful. A big green iguana hung out with us. Perfect spot. Thank you

Leo was an amazing host for this beautiful property! The communications were flawless, the property was impeccably clean and comfortable. There were beverages in the refrigerator to greet our group, cozy blankets for the couches and all the supplies my group needed to enjoy our stay. I will definitely book with this host again, and possibly this property!

Perfect stay… everything was clean and the house looks like the pictures posted. We stayed for Tortuga festival and it was about a 10 min golf cart ride to the venue. Would stay here again. There were seven of us and the house was plenty big for all our needs.

We had such an amazing stay at this VRBO in Fort Lauderdale—it was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The house had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with both the kids and adults, making it easy to relax and have fun without ever leaving the property. The game room was another highlight—it kept everyone entertained, especially after a long day at the beach.Speaking of the beach, the location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short distance away, making it super convenient to go back and forth throughout the day. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made traveling with kids so much easier.Overall, this place really helped make our trip special. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely stay again!

Wonderful time in Ft. Lauderdale

We had a wonderful time and Leo was very helpful and accommodating. The property was immaculate and has just about everything we needed for our stay.

Excellent Stay

Clean house and overall great property! Very easy to communicate with Leo and Julian. My friends and I had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the pool and location.

Overall nice place and convenient location to everything. Only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is the house wasn’t the cleanest. If you walk barefoot inside your feet will be black. Also found a few random little garbage things around the house that was probably left from previous guests.

Funny to see irrelevant reviews like this one. 4 stars is ok, i take them but your comment is crazy… What would u expect your feet look like if you walk with shoes in the house? I mean, even the thought of the review is funny. Its not like u guys left the floors in great shape as u guys had spills and food crumbs all over but i guess everyone wants their 2 minutes of public fame on unfounded comments like this one. O’well. Thank you for choosing our place. Oh and on top of it due to matters beyond my control i transferred you with no additional charge to you from a home rate of 250$ a n ight to a home on complementary rate that goes for $800 a night. So ungreatful

Comfortable house for a nice getaway. Very short walk to the beach, just a few minutes. There is a cut through on the street behind to get over to the beach. Pool was great. We used it every day. Game room (converted garage) was nice, but unfortunately too hot to utilize when we visited. Washer are dryer worked without issues. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Comfortable furniture. We had no issues at all. The owner of the property has a nice check-in with code. As well as a book put together by the front door of information. The owner did communicate and ask if it was ok to send over property maintenance for an outside light that was not working. Great that the owner asks instead of tell us.As far as walking to grab a bite to eat or be be right in the shops area, you would have probably a 20 minute walk one way. We did not mind driving, gave us a chance to explore. The owner does offer golf cart rentals to overcome this issue though.Overall great property to stay in.

Perfect little beach house!

Stayed here for my bachelorette getaway with all of my friends and family. Everyone had a nice place to sleep, conveniently located to the beach and downtown area, and had the nicest pool and hot tub if you want to stay home. The style of the home is adorable and very clean. I loved being able to contact the agent with any questions. I would love to stay here again!

Fort Lauderdale Beach Home AMAZING

We stayed in this beautiful home with beach access nearby. Loved the sweet bunnies in the neighborhood and the abundance of iguanas and lizards – very cool! The pool was fantastic! I'd definitely rate this home a 10/10. Great communication with all my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Location, pool, hot tub, game room and rooms are wonderful

Wonderful home with lots of beds! We enjoyed being close to beach, all the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and wagon! The pool and hot tub were very nice. The game room was fun. The house was very clean.I was a bit disappointed with no paddle boards and there is no fire pit….it advertised both. We were hoping to use/rent golf cart but didn’t need it.

Awesome location for annual golf trip

The location of the house was so close to beach and everything else you need. Leo worked well with us when it came to checking in and providing everything we need in house. We were a large group of guys that meets up for our annual golf trip and we had more than enough space in this house. Thanks for everything!

This house is perfect for a family vacation or an adult friend group vacation house. It’s located in the perfect location only a 5 min walk to beach access. Rent the golf cart and drive it down to the public beach access if your someone who wants to be around other beach goers. I loved that the house was close to restaurants and night life. You can’t walk to restaurants but you definitely can drive via golf cart or car. The owner was amazing and responded quickly to any questions. Don’t waste your time packing beach towels, chairs, umbrella and wagon bc the house has that. We loved the game room as well.

First things first. From the moment of booking this trip Leo Morales has been more than helpful and accommodating. His house was beautiful, clean, and perfect for everything we wanted to do. Really made you feel at home and comfortable. 10/10 recommend his properties. Thanks again Leo it was a blast. Side note: walking distance to beach/restaurants and bars.

It was a pleasure to meet Anthony and everyone else. They have been absolutely great to host. From the beginning, a very fine and respectful group of adults. They were always very polite, communication was always flawless and home was taken care of like no other. I’d like to recommend Anthony to any host looking to accept a respectful group that will make their stay stress free at all times. Best vacation home!!

We arrived early and planned to lounge at the beach till check in time but started raining. Leo allowed us come in earlier, which was very appreciated. The house was so clean and smelled so fresh. There were tons of towels, comfortable beds and plenty seating. The saltwater pool was heated and the jacuzzi was such fun. Whenever we wanted the jets to go, Leo turned it on remotely, he was very available and accommodating. This home is in a beautiful, quiet and friendly neighborhood. It's only a hop over to the beach. This was the most fantastic vacation, and definitely recommend!!

Great property, great communication

We enjoyed the stay: plenty of room for our party of 6 and the kids had a great time in the pool, hot tub, and back yard. Leo was great, meeting us at check-in to show us the property. When needed, communication was simple and quick. After our stay and cruise our flight home was cancelled. After texting Leo to see if he had availability at any of his properties he quickly sent us a link to another of his properties that would fit us all for the dates we needed. Truly a life saver! I highly recommend this property and Leo's company in general!
