The perfect villa for a South Forest Beach vacation on Hilton Head Island. This 1st floor unit in the beautiful Ocean Walk community has convenient entry from either the interior hallway or via a private patio from the parking area. This property features an Indoor pool/spa, pickle ball/tennis courts, as well as an outdoor pool. This villa features two bedrooms and two bathrooms which offer privacy from one another making this a great choice for couples traveling together or families with children. It comes with a fully supplied kitchen for days when you would like to stay in for a meal. Beautiful travertine flooring has been utilized throughout. Sleeping options include a king sized bed in master bedroom, two queen beds in second bedroom. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, mat, and beach cart provided for guest use. STR permit #071720

Excellent location and beautiful, clean unit. My family enjoyed our stay and we would definitely return! One minor area of improvement is that the king bed is a bit worn on one side and my husband didn’t sleep that well on it. Would be ideal if it could be replaced. Otherwise, very enjoyable stay!

This was the first experience I had with VRBO. I can truly say I had a great experience. The property was exactly as stated. The host was wonderful. The property was perfect for my elderly mom I will be considering this property again

My family group had a wonderful stay. the accommodations were perfect for us. The first level access was great for most of the party to exit and load up while the last person locks up. Only critique would be guest need more towels and washcloths so daily laundry would be needed.It is good walk to the beach. (but that is just how HHI works). My wife has some mobility issues, so we drove to Colegny and parked most days. The matted pathway on the sand there was most helpful for her.

Great unit that was a perfect location for our weekend and needs. They offer a very helpful binder of information th ensure you have a great trip. Aimee was very helpful when we had questions and the unit was exactly as described. Would definately stay ehre again.

Exactly as pictured. Great space and layout. Traveled with parents in their 70’s and they had their own space and bathroom, my daughter and I had our own space and bathroom. Indoor and outdoor pools were excellent. Loved being on the 1st floor and being able to go in and out of unit via the patio. Patio was a great space to sit in morning and evening. Kitchen was well stocked. Beach gear was great to have, chairs were great, beach biggie worked wonderfully, umbrella did not work upon arrival, donated a new boogie board.Would rent this unit again!

We had a great time. This matched as advertised. Very clean and well stocked with anything we needed. Nice pool and hot tub. Make sure you have all the information you need from the app to get into your room before you get there as phones don't have great service. Not a problem once you get in as there is free Wi-Fi that works well. That was the only issue we had. Great value here for your money!

We have had our eye out for a vacation home in Hilton Head for several years. We love the atmosphere of the island and especially the Forest Beach Area. We enjoy being close to shops and dining oppertunities with the close proximity to Coligny and being able to ride our bicycles along the numerous miles of bike path across the island.

This complex has an available indoor heated pool and spa for out of season guests and has close proximity to the back and amenities. What more could you ask for?
