Comfortably furnished 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Villa. Close to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, world championship golf courses, & tennis courts. Great nearby shopping and restaurants. First floor end villa. Open floor plan features relaxing living room area with wet bar, formal dining area, breakfast bar with stools surrounding open kitchen. Separate laundry closet off kitchen. Villa has Jan 2023 vinyl plank flooring in hallway, kitchen & laundry closet.
Oct 2024 carpet in living, dining areas & bedrooms for maximum comfort.
There is a California king bed in the Main bedroom.
Two full beds in the guest bedroom, -- perfect for families or multiple couples!
Oct 2020 Sealy mattresses, box springs & pillows have extra allergen protected pads & covers all beds.
Unit features High Speed Wireless Internet access for free & your streaming account services on all 3 Roku TVs. CD stereo in family living room. A screened porch with rockers and open porch with table & chairs for outdoor dining accessed through French door in living area.

The Islanders Beach Park is a simple walk (4/10's of a mile). There is a children's playground at the beach access park also featuring a picnic area, public restrooms & outdoor showers.

Weekly rates are 7 times the listed nightly rate.

Great vacation!

The condo was immaculate, with a spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms - everything felt fresh and updated. The location was ideal, just a short stroll to the beach. The owner was incredibly responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful unit!

Our family really enjoyed this unit and all it had to offer, especially the comfortable California King bed in the master! Unit was spacious and the updated bathrooms/showers were very nice as well!

Great place to stay in HHI

Great place, great location. You have to walk 10 minutes to get to the beach, but it is easy walk. The beach is amazing. Great hosts.

Perfect location on Hilton Head

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Everything was clean and in wonderful condition. The property felt very welcoming. It was close to the beach, which was wonderful. The owners were helpful and passed along great information. I highly recommend staying here when you're headed to Hilton Head.

Location is perfect with access to the beach and pool. The condo was fully equipped and had plenty of supplies and was very clean. The area was very quiet and relaxing.

Highly recommend!

This was the perfect condo for our beach trip! Very spacious in a great location with a short walk to the beach. Plenty of towels, cookware, and appliances. Very clean. Nice pool also that my kids loved.

Crown Reef 2023

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Crown Reef. The unit was well kept and pictures were accurate. It is only a short walk to the beach or pool. Complex was well maintained. A great stay.

Hilton Head Paradise

Location, location, location...close to everything Hilton Head has to offer. Walking distance to the Ocean! The Condo is fantastic! Very roomy with an open concept. Three available porches ( it was cold when we went in March so we didn't get to take advantage of them..darn!) Kitchen well supplied. Bedrooms very large. Two great bathrooms...best tub ever in the master bathroom! Loved all the windows! Very private, even though in a condo complex. I highly recommend this condo and would stay there again in a heartbeat! Some of the best restaurants: Hudson's (Dockside), Fish Camp, Tiki Bar is fun (coconut shrimp!), Hilton Head Diner (Great breakfasts)... O'REILLY'S and the other restaurants behind O'REILLY'S!

Quiet spot with easy access to restaurants, stores, and museums. It was convenient to off island locations as well. The beach was a short ride or walk away.

Comfy HHI Condo Near Everything

The quiet Crown Reef neighborhood of condos and town homes is a really convenient spot if you’re in town to play golf (the Port Royal club house and course is about 1/4-mile down the road), don’t want to pay for “beach front” but want a beach nearby and prefer fully-equipped accommodations over hotels/resorts. The layout of this 1st floor unit is nice and open, not dark and dated like some of the other Crown Reef units we’ve stayed in. We had 2 sports cars and appreciated the plentiful parking spots right adjacent to this end unit. Big baths for each of the 2 bedrooms, comfy furnishings, plenty of seating and very clean. Would stay there again.

Great Property

Our experience was excellent. The beach is close, condo was clean, check in and check out were easy, it is quiet. The only issue is that all of the kitchen knives are dull.

Nice place, quick walk to beach.

New walk-in shower is wonderful, comfortable king bed, nice kitchen. A few cabinets need repairs.

Clean, Quiet, Pretty, Roomy, Condo

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is huge! We enjoyed all the extra space! The home is well appointed with anything you might need, nicely decorated, the owners were super easy to communicate with and check in and out was a breeze! There are even binders of island information and directions to everything were posted throughout. Parking was right by the door, and the walk to the beach wasn’t too far. The complex was quiet and the people there were friendly. This was our first trip to HHI, and we will be back! Thanks for a great stay! 😎
