First floor end villa. Open floor plan features relaxing living room area with wet bar, formal dining area, breakfast bar with stools surrounding open kitchen. Separate laundry closet off kitchen. Villa has Jan 2023 vinyl plank flooring in hallway, kitchen & laundry closet.
Oct 2024 carpet in living, dining areas & bedrooms for maximum comfort.
There is a California king bed in the Main bedroom.
Two full beds in the guest bedroom, -- perfect for families or multiple couples!
Oct 2020 Sealy mattresses, box springs & pillows have extra allergen protected pads & covers all beds.
