The property was perfect for our vacation. Furnished with everything we needed and close to everything we enjoy!!! Larry was helpful when one of my tires was low on air and able to direct me to someone who was able to assist.

We loved our stay at Sun and Moon. The beds were comfortable, the pool was a great temp and very relaxing. Great location - whether it be the short walk to the beach, or the restaurants and stores just around the corner from the house. Larry has thought of everything to make the stay perfect at his place and was extremely responsive to any questions.

We normally rent on Sanibel so this was the first time for us staying on Captiva. The house was perfect for our family (3 couples and a baby). The location to the beach is ideal and the property offers everything you need for a week in the sand. Larry was easy to work with which always makes a VRBO a great experience.

Larry was a great host. My son left his wedding ring behind and Larry was kind enough to mail it to us. House is in a great location. Short walk to beach, restaurants and souvenir store. Kitchen is equipped with most everything you need to cook. Pool is added bonus. We had a good time during Christmas week.

Beautiful property

Just a short 3 minute walk to the beach, this house had it all. We loved our stay and the property is just beautiful. We will be back!

Better than advertised

This property had absolutely everything you could ask for in a vacation house. Very peaceful location but the beach is close enough to walk to. Larry the owner was very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. All in all a very happy experience.

Sun & Moon did not disappoint.

The 6 of us had a great time celebrating the new year and a birthday. Location is as good as any in Captiva, easy walk to the beach, restaurants, store and even the Farmers Market. We had everything we needed for a great stay.

Excellent house and location for family of 6

House was the perfect size, pool was well used and loved daily, plenty of beach equipment to use, house was well furnished, and owner communicated quickly and resolved any questions or issues. Highly recommended!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

From the time we arrived, Larry was communicative and helpful. The location was perfectly located - easy walk to the beach, to get ice cream, or to the Island store. And the house had everything we needed. Check out tasks were the easiest of any VRBO we have stayed in. We hope to be back again next year!

Hop, skip, and a jump from the Beach!

This property really is in an excellent location. The beach is about 5 minutes and is located away from resorts, so you have lots of space. Dining and shopping are right around the corner, literally! We drove to Sanibel for larger grocer

Sun and Moon

Outstanding stay! Larry was so accommodating from the minute we got there until the day we left. Short walk to the beach and the wagon was great for taking beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach. Would definitely recommend!!

Incredible home!

Everything is as pictured and described. We grilled by the pool most nights for dinner. Quick walk to the beach, very easy for families with young kids. Would love to come back!

Wonderful stay on Captiva

We have rented many vacation homes over the years. Our stay at the Sun and Moon House was the best experience we have had. House is wonderful and has everything you need. Location can’t be beat. Larry is very easy to work with. It was a great week in a great house.

Ralph and his family were first time guests, and as I got to the house early to start outside preparations for incoming guests, I was fortunate to meet them prior to their departure. They were great guests! It's always gratifying to get 5-star reviews that reflect our efforts in personal management of both our Sun & Moon House and our smaller Mermaid House. Great Captiva Home

This place was great. The host was personally onsite making sure everything was ready for our stay. It came with everything you need for a day at the beach. Beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, etc. Easy walk to restaurants and island grocery.

Wonderful Holiday!

We so enjoyed our stay at Sun & Moon! The property is immaculate and very well equipped. The location is perfect and only a short walk to the beach and the Captiva town center with shopping and restaurants. A beach cart is provided to hold everything you need - beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler all there for your enjoyment. The heated pool was lovely also and so relaxing. Loved our stay!!

Perfect trip

The Sun and Moon is a lovely home with great gathering areas inside and out! The location has to be the best on the island - walking distance to most every restaurant and the beach. A short golf cart ride away from anywhere else on the island. Larry is the perfect host! We will be back:-)!!!

As much as we love our repeat guests, it's always wonderful to have new guests like Craig and his family. They left the house so easy for us to prepare for our incoming guests after their departure and we anticipate a return visit in the future!

The Sun and Moon House was perfect for our family. The pool was wonderful. The short walk to beach was easy with wagon and chairs provided. Everything we needed was provided. Larry responded quickly to my questions.
