We came to Sanibel for a family vacation. The property was amazing and was very well appointed. We had plenty of room. It was steps away from its own private beach. The host was easily accessible and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The house was amazing, and Mike was a great communicator. We could really tell it was important to him that we had a great time and had everything we needed. Close proximity to everything, and a great place to relax. My family had a great time, and we really couldn't have asked for more!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! This home is fully stocked for everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked along with a plethora of books available for some down time reading. It was also great having two wings of bedrooms to give our group space so we wouldnt be on top of each other. The separate living areas with the kitchen was also quite ideal. The neighborhood was great with very friendly people. The private beach access was also such a nice feature that made things significantly easier and more relaxing. I would definitely consider going back if I'm going with a group of 10 or so again!

Lots of space and rooms for privacy. Table tennis a big hit. One block from best beach on Sanibel with private entrance limited to neighbors. No pool was not a problem

Great location

We had a great time. Property is large and comfortable, very clean, it has everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation and it is very close (5 min walk) to the beach.

Definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful accommodations! The private beach was loaded with shells and a short walk. Mike the owner was available with a few very minor questions and made sure our stay was great! Would highly recommend and hope to be back someday!

Wonderful Spring Break

This was our first time back to Sanibel since the hurricanes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. The host was the easiest host to work with. Definitely plan to go back.

great place to stay

House nicely redone after Hurricane Ian. Very thoughtful and considerate host. Lots of privacy in the house. Close to best beach in Sanibel.

GREAT

This was an amazing place to stay the week. Highly recommend. Host was great. Place was very clean and well stocked with everything you need for the kitchen and fun on the beach

Private Beach was amazing!

House was clean and large enough for six ladies to celebrate a 50th birthday comfortably. We loved Sanibel and Mike the owner was very responsive and hospitable.

Great Vacation Stay and Pet Friendly

We absolutely loved this place. It had everything and more we need for our stay which made it a relaxing stay. So much to do and the fruit trees were an added bonus. See so many people with their pets in the neighbor was comforting as well. We can't wait to stay again and have told many of our friends about it.

Nice location and very clean inside.

The property was great. It’s convienently located and the garage is packed full of bikes and a lot of other fun things to do. The house was very clean and well maintained.

Quiet Get Away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house had everything a family of 5 needed and the practically private beach was a short walk away. We appreciated being away from the masses, but restaurants were only 5 minutes away by car.

Excellent stay

The owner was awesome in communicating and was incredibly patient and flexible through the ups and down of the pandemic ... with so much uncertainty with kids schools, testing and flight he was will to work with us on changes in plan.

Everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home.

Family trip

The house was very very comfortable, lots of room and privacy. Beach was lovely and secluded. The property owner, was wonderful. Always available, easy going and helpful. We would absolutely come back!!

Sanibel retreat

We spent a beautiful week in May. The home was everything and more than we expected. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen well stocked and the lanai was incredible. Its just a short walk to the beach where you will find amazing shellling. We would go back in a heartbeat.
