Garage and driveway for 3 cars back to back.
Outdoor Pool from Memorial to Labor day. Beach chairs and beach umbrella.
2 beach cruiser bikes, boardwalk is 2 blocks away. Summer concerts, restaurants, the famous Marvel Ice Cream shop.

-Ride bikes or drive to nearby Point Lookout. It's said to be the "best kept secret" in summertime. Visit The Buoy Bar, Fisherman's Catch, Scotty's, The Clam Bar, Ted's Fishing and boat rentals. JoJo's is a great breakfast joint.
In the off season, there are restaurants, shopping, walks on the beach and the boardwalk. NYSC 2 minute drive. Museums in Uniondale.
