We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and most of it was spent in the sun room! Lovely home with lovely hosts. Clean and ready for relaxing, or fun on the beach. Wonderful place to stay, highly recommend!

Daniel was a great host! The property was super clean and nicely decorated. We were visiting family so didn't spend much time there, but we appreciated all the thoughtful touches like bikes, beach passes, towels, etc. The whole property is adorable with a sweet front porch and lovely landscaping. Thank you!

Wonderful Getaway!

My family and I had a fantastic stay! The space was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Dan was welcoming and friendly. Highly recommended!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time in a wonderful place. The apartment was so cute and cozy. It was clean and well stocked. We very much enjoyed having our morning coffee on the sun porch. We would definitely stay here again.

Watercolor Watchpoint

Such a comfortable place to stay with accommodating hosts. Great location for beach and boardwalk as well as distance to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend sitting on the front enclosed porch and watching the world go by! Thanks for a great stay.

Daniel and Katie made this space the ultimate refuge for me during a very stressful timeThe sun porch even in the cold weather was just beautiful. The couches are so comfortable everything you need to make a dinner is there the washer and dryer work better than the ones in my mothers condo. I would absolutely recommend this place and would use it again myself..

Charming apartment

The apartment is very charming. It is light and airy with summery decor. Also spacious and has a relaxing vibe. The host was very pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal for the beach.

Perfect fit

Dan was an excellent host. Very accommodating. The house was centrally located and fit our needs perfectly. Check in was a breeze and the the house was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks Dan.

Beautiful apartment near the beach

We stayed 4 days and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well decorated and has a seaside soul. The hosts are very friendly and communication was easy. The courtyard reserved for tenants adds a plus to the experience. The veranda is the ideal place to relax at the end of the day. I highly recommend this place.
