Half acre lake front property. 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. 4 queen bedrooms. 1 twin bunk bedroom. 2 other triple bunks in our rec room and a pull out couch for kids. Perfect for multiple families with kids. Large private dock to swim or boat off of. Crown land entrance minutes away for quads, snow mobiles, hikes or hunting! One of the best lakes in the Cariboo for fishing. Plenty of room for family reunions or for friends to have a relaxing time on the water.

love this place

We had a lovely stay, weekend with our adult children filled with ice fishing, sledding, board games and laughter The rest of the 9 day stay was just the two of us, the quiet neighborhood was a contrast to our regular life and was very relaxing this home was filled with all the cozy and thoughtful touches, very comfortable stay!

Great property

Wish we could have stayed longer in Paradise

We had a blas the llace had everything we forgot to bring haha my kids played and our host Matt was super helpfull and accommodating We will be back

Family Vacation / Wedding at Sheridan Lake

Right from when we walked in the door we knew our stay would be so comfortable, feeling as if we were staying in a friend’s home! The open kitchen/living room was a great place for all of us to hang out and the downstairs was perfect for the kiddos. Matt was really great during the whole booking process and was always quick to reply and answer any questions we had before and during our stay. Thank you so much!!

Fishing vacation

Great location for a fishing getaway with friends. Host was personable and responsive to all questions no matter how mundane. Looking forward to staying again.

Fantastic winter vacation!

Cross-country skiing, skating, ice-fishing and fire-pit right outside the back door. Very comfortable accommodation for the entire family. Lots to do inside the cabin with toys, movies and games. 10 out of 10!

Family Christmas

The house and property are great, plenty of room for large groups like ours. We even had some snow for tobogganing. Check out process is a bit crazy, basically have to clean whole house and be out by 10am, luckily a couple of our group left early and we were able to start changing bedding, be sure to read the book left by owner. Would be a great summer rental also as right on lake. Definitely would consider renting again. Thank you 😊 on lake.

A great house with tons of room

House was really great, extremely roomy. Area was cool, very quiet. Host thought of everything. Only negative is back deck is in really rough shape

A little oasis!

Great location right on Deka Lake. House has all the amenities! If anything was forgotten, it was guaranteed the house had some extra somewhere. Lots of fun games to play on the rainy days and a ton of space for everyone!

Lovely Visit, Beautiful Lake

The location is gorgeous and the house was clean and functional. Lots of games, puzzles, books to use, and lots of space for everyone. We had a fantastic stay!

Wonderful Christmas holiday!

Matt’s place was everything we could have asked for and more! Very well stocked, spacious, and clean. There were so many games, puzzles and even a wii! It was extremely cold while we were there, so it was so nice to have things to do inside. We had a wonderful Christmas here.

Family Getaway

Matt's place was perfect! Spacious, clean, lots of amenities and nicely decorated! We cooked a late Thanksgiving dinner, enjoyed the outdoors ( my husband even caught a fish while paddling in the canoe) and enjoyed playing games in the evening.

Amazing for Families

We loved our stay! The home was stocked with absolutely anything you may need. Our kids had a blast kayaking, watching movies, having their own space and playing ping pong! We had an absolute blast! The dock was a definite highlight, as well as the fire pit. We would absolutely recommend Matt’s home for any of our friends wanting to enjoy some time away from the city. Thanks again!! We made fantastic memories.

Fantastic!

We had an amazing time! Very clean, beautiful location and view of the lake, excellent fire pit area. Kitchen fully stocked, comfortable beds and ample room for all. Tons of games, puzzles, toys for all ages. Matt was very accommodating and quick to respond. Will definitely be booking again.

Boys fishing trip.

The lake is beautiful, the fishing was great, and the property looked even nicer in person than it did in pictures. Everybody had a blast and we hope to do this trip again in the future. Anybody looking to vacation somewhere as a fishing trip I would highly recommend
