The second floor features 2 beautiful bedrooms separated by a large Jack and Jill bathroom and private balcony. One bedroom features a comfy NEW QUEEN Memory Foam bed, the other has TWO NEW TWIN Memory Foam beds.

Sit out on the front deck and enjoy breakfast while watching the beach come alive.
World class golf courses are mere minutes away including TPC Sawgrass, home to The Players Championship.

A short ten minute drive to the world famous MAYO Clinic Jacksonville.

Great location and host

We enjoyed our stay in Jacksonville. The property is within walking distance to the beach and several stores. Minor maintenance and cleanliness items - the drinking glasses and some other dishes seemed dirty so we washed them before use. The door handle in the master bathroom came off. The host was very communicative and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Girls trip

Over 70 year old girls. Quiet few days with walks on the beach. Lots of stairs but photos clearly showed them.

Convenient and clean

Short walk to beach. Great location. Comfortable and clean! Thoughtfully provided dish soap, paper towels, beach chairs, and beach towels.

Family vacation

Vicki was amazing and the town house is amazing. Close to everything. Our kids loved the park directly across the street and just a short walk to the beach. My husband and i love the 3rd floor bedroom suite completely to our self. I highly recommend this property.

Home away from home

Ms. Vicki was very hospitable and very prompt when needed. She is very kind and made sure our stay was enjoyable from beginning to end. She had a beautiful home which I enjoyed the top floor all to myself. I can not wait to stay there again☺️

Good Stay

We came for medical appointments for our daughter and needed a place to stay. The walking distance to the beach was a major plus to walk between our appointments. The property was clean and comfortable. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores in the area that are easy to get to. Overall good stay.

Great Condo near beach

We really liked the location of this property in between the playground and the beach. The walk to the beach was two blocks and easily accessible. The house had what we needed for the beach including chairs, towels, and toys. The kitchen was well-stocked.

Perfect location and area

We have a 15, 12 and 9 year old. The short walk to the beach combined with the lovely park made this house perfect for our annual beach trip. The house is nice and I am thankful for the ease of communication with the hostess.

Family Getaway

This is the perfect place to stay in Jacksonville. Quick walk to the beach. In front is a lagoon with the sweetest geese, ducks, and playground. We will definitely come back.

Location to Jax Beach

We had a great stay. Beds were very comfortable sheets were comfortable. Does need some touch ups. But location was great for beach.

Excellent Visit

Stayed for my daughter's pinning ceremony and graduation from UNF; my wife youngest daughter and mother in law. PERFECT location, nice layout with plenty of privacy for all four of us (wife and i were on top floor, everyone else on second floor with their own rooms.) Short walk to beach access, plenty of stores and restaurants around, Short drive to UNF or downtown. Will definitely stay here again whenever i am in town.

Location - Location- Location

The property is not luxurious but a perfect value for a family. 3 floors, park outside with a pond. 2 minute walk to a beach. (Btw I didn’t realize how beautiful Jacksonville beach was) Easy access to highway and plenty of shopping and dining options a short drive or walk away. Thank you for letting us stay!
