We are offering a highly upgraded Bottom floor of a Duplex located in a prime Belmont Shore location. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities that one would expect from a 5 star rental. 4 flat screen TV's with Netflix. Double pane Windows for light sleepers. Forced air and heating, Sleeps 6 adults or Four Adults and 3 Children. Beach chairs and beach umbrella provided. High Chair and pack and play available upon request. Walk to 2nd Street, where you will find great dining and shopping at boutique shops and restaurants. Enjoy staying in with a gated front 6patio featuring a Gas BBQ and Table with chairs to enjoy your meals.

A perfect spot

A beautifully appointed house across the street from the ocean and close to shops and restaurants! Quiet and comfortable. This was perfect for a family visit.

The Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property was meticulously cared for. The cleanliness was impeccable—everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn't have been better! Being steps away from the beach was a dream come true, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The surrounding area was convenient too, with great dining options and activities nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Communication was seamless, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home made it even more special. We’re already looking forward to coming back! If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and perfectly situated beach getaway, this is the place to book. Highly recommend!

Everything you need

Nice amenities for family of all ages. Well stocked kitchen. Location near small park, ocean and bay beaches allowed endless entertainment for the little ones, even in cool weather. Steve was very responsive to our questions.

Awesome location, comforyable beds :)

We were in the area to attend a conference and this place was perfect. It had everything we needed, plus sunsets over the water! comfortable beds, easy walk to 2nd street for food/shopping, laundry, parking, nice outdoor space -- highly recommended!

Perfect location, beautiful home

I loved everything about Steve's place! Plush towels, bottled water in the fridge, kcups alredy provided, spices in the cabinet, all the pots/pans you could ever need - and a DRIVEWAY parking space!! The beds were comfy. The wifi was strong. The water was hot. I mean, this place had everything I could want. And the VIEW of the ocean is phenom. Loved it - I will definitely stay there again!

Relaxing

The property was just as advertised, clean convenient and relaxing. The property owner was friendly and made sure everything was perfect. He had even placed fresh flowers for our family to enjoy throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful spot!

This is a beautiful accommodation right across the street from the beach which has a long paved path for biking, running or walking. Ample coffee supplies, bottled water in frig, fresh flowers for our arrival, beach towels and chairs. We had a great stay! Thanks Steve!

Lovely little getaway in Alamitos Bay

Steve and Cheryl were great hosts and were there at check-in time to make sure everything was ready to go and even swept the porch themselves. The house was in the perfect location, especially with kids. It was a quick walk to the beach so it was easy to walk back and forth for beach gear and snacks. Neighbors were all friendly and the area felt very safe. Restaurants along 2nd Street were also walkable. We would definitely come back for another family trip!

Beach Getaway

wonderful Belmont Shore fest

We had the most lovely time in Belmont Shore and in this condo. The home was clean and comfortable, we all slept great in comfortable beds, and had unbelievably easy access to the beach, the bay, and walking to 2nd street. Morning coffee on the patio was exactly what we hoped for. Thank you.

Special visit

I highly recommend this property to others. Especially if you have dogs . this week is a special week for my family. Steve was top-notch host and so sweet. He even dropped by to check in in person to make sure everything was going OK. You are not only right across the street from the beach but also right around the corner from an amazing swimming and kayaking spot. Walking the canals in Naples, peaceful and beautiful Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us

Family trip

Loved loved loved this stay. My 87 year old mother and five of her kids went to Long Beach for a family wedding. We had a lot of places to choose from and we were all very happy with this rental. The layout of the house was awesome for our Mom. Steve was there to answer any questions. Over all I do believe this was an awesome stay.

Great Location!

This property was perfect for our family! It was clean and exactly as described. The location was great- steps away from the open ocean as well as a calm inlet for the kiddos to play. The hosts were super responsive and very accommodating. This was an awesome place to stay!!
