Wonderful short stay!

We had the pleasure to stay in this cosy studio with a close proximity of 5 minutes to the beach. The host Irena was very welcoming, and accomodating. Irena put all her efforts to help us enjoy our stay. It was very nice to find some chocolates, sweets and a bottle of champagne on the dining table. Our 12-year old son has definitely enjoyed the sweets. Woolfie's coffee and breakfast bakery which is over the corner is simply amazing. They have delicious sandwiches and muffins, especially the blueberry ones. Ordering online is recommended to skip the line. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

A comfortable stay

The apartment was up a set of stairs in the back of the cottage in a renovated attic. This is a modest stay location, and we were comfortable here. There was a nice deck and privacy. The room was thoughtfully decorated and the owner kept beach towels, sun screen and other items you might need. There were snacks and a bottle of wine for us when we entered. The local beach was enjoyable and there were great restaurants nearby.

Peaceful quiet location 5 minutes from the beach

A wonderful place put together with love from the owner. We felt like we were staying with a close relative with flowers and treats awaiting us. It was precisely as advertised and walk to the beach. In a quiet neighborhood close to many restaurants and shops. Best Vrbo we have tried on the cape and we have tried several.

Perfect Location and Lovely Spot!

We had a great time a Irena's property. It was so nicely set up and cozy. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Cute Studio Apartment

Great little place for a couple

Great location, walk to the beach. Has everything you need. Apartment is small, bathroom is very nice. Good water pressure in the shower. Has a few cosmetic issues that need to be addressed.

Lovely, quiet place

Great place for a short weekend stay! Host was wonderful and accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs and very responsive. Was greeted by sweet treats and a bottle of wine right in the door. Good distance from things to do! Weren’t able to enjoy the beach due to weather unfortunately but it was easy to get to walking or driving. Would recommend!

It was a sister getaway for two nights. Communication with The owner was great. The studio apartment was adorable. She left us candy, a bottle of wine, and a calendar to take home. The apartment is still being renovated but it’s adorable. My only complaint is no outlet next to the bed to charge my phone. The area is quiet and safe. The walk to the beach was just enough. We ate at the Ocean House restaurant first night which was expensive but fabulous. The second night we ate at Wee Packet Restaurant which was just ok. Hard to get into restaurants middle of August. I suggest going early. The shower was the best I’ve ever taken. Water pressure was great and the shower head awesome. I also wish the A/C unit was cooler. Over all it was good and I’d stay here again

Cape Cod Getaway

We had a fabulous getaway!! This was my 1st time to the Cape....my husband's childhood summer vacation spot!! June was the perfect time to go!! We saw seals on a Monomoy Island Excursion and whales on the Hyannis Whale Watcher Cruise. We went to so many different types of beaches, and collected shells and rocks!! Beachcombing was great!! We ate lobster rolls EVERY day from different places. (We recommend the lobster shack at the Monomoy Island Excursions marina!!) We also ate at The Wooden Shoe, Swan River, Woolfies, and The Sunday School Ice Cream ~ MOST within walking distance of the rental. The neighborhood was a great place to walk or ride bikes....We also went to Province Town, which was a wonderful place to shop and eat!! The beaches on the bay side rivaled the beaches on the ocean!! Walking the Dunes in P~Town was breathtaking!! Irena was quick to give us some rainy day ideas. We spent almost ALL of our time visiting the Cape, and rarely in the rental. The bed was a comfortable place to sleep when we returned from our daily outings!! This rental is definitely a great to stay, with SO many things to do within walking distance!!

Perfect Space for 2 or small family

The communication was wonderful. The space smelled yummy when we walked in. It was clean and appointed really well with coffee, cereal and even a bottle of wine with snacks. The wifi worked perfectly. The bathroom is modern with good water pressure. Will absolutely book again!

I highly recommend the studio apartment. So quaint!

Irena was so hospitable and accommodating. She communicated and responsive quickly. The apartment was spacious, clean , and quaint. It was so close to the beach and the bike trail. The restaurant were wonderful and close. Irena even had a bottle of wine and snacks for u The place had beautiful flower arrangements too! Highly recommend staying here.

Awesome place in the southern Cape

This is a great 2nd floor studio with full kitchen and private outdoor deck. Property owner is friendly. As it is listed: just a 4 minute walk to the beach. The bed is very comfortable and the a/c works great. There were fresh flowers when we arrived - both outside n the deck and inside on the kitchen table. We’ll be back!

Fun in the Sun

First time to Cape Cod; we rented this apartment due to its walking accessibility to the beach! It was perfect! 6 min walk to Sea Beach; the apartment we discovered was central to all of the Cape. Check in/out was a breeze! The best coffee shop/bakery was a short walk, a general store/deli plus mini golf and a few restaurants were close enough for a few min walk. The apartment had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. The snacks, water, coffee, wine were a great touch and much needed getting in late with no time to stop at the store. The owners are very accommodating and anything you need they take care of right away. Parts of the apartment were not completed but that didn’t bother us. There is “extra” furniture, decor that possibly could be eliminated for such a small space. We made due and made space for our stuff. There are 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, and a couple beach umbrellas for our beach days which were very handy! Also an iron and a steamer! No need to bring your steamer! Lol! Save your precious suitcase space!!! There is a a beast of an air conditioner unit tho we didn’t need to use it. There was a nice breeze thru the place with all the windows open. We were comfortable every night! The bed was perfect! You never know what you’re going to get! We were very comfortable. Just watch your head if you sleep on the right side, the ceiling slopes drastically on that side. We moved the bed over a tad so not to have a bump on the head in the middle of the night. The shower is great! It’s a rain shower with nice water pressure. 2 large storage drawers under the bathroom sink. One thing the place was lacking was food storage containers, baggies, Saran, foil. I’m sure the owners would have given us some if we asked as we got a few more trash bags from them when needed. . Something to keep in mind if you will be cooking or picnicking. Otherwise there was everything we needed! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality! Til next time!
