IMPORTANT: There is no ramp, so your vessel must be launched at a public or private marina and navigated to the slip. John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is the closest. Ocean access is limited by a low bridge with 7’ of clearance at up to 1’ to low tide. Boats with no top or collapsible tops should have no issue.

Awesome property and rooms. Javier is easy to communicate with and went above and beyond. This is the second time we have stayed at this property and everything was similar and just as comfortable. Kitchen utensils are a little light and hot water was hard to use because misaligned facet handle. Overall was great for our family of four, with keeping boat in the back of condo. Recommend for others!

Great property, clean, comfortable, wonderful location water access + close to shopping & great amazing restaurants. We had a wonderful time and great communication with owner.

Clean, great location
We have a wonderful, relaxing stay in this clean, well-equipped condo. Loved having coffee on the balcony overlooking the water.

Great property
We loved the space and location. It has a beautiful view. It was clean and you couldn’t hear any neighbors. We would stay again.

Great condition & location!
Check in process was easy, communication was great, and the location was superb! Central to everything we needed to do while attending a wedding in Key Largo. Walking distance to coffee and great food. Unit was spotless, newly renovated, and in amazing condition. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Wedding stay in Key Largo
Everything with our stay was seemless. The place was spotless and comfortable while communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again in the future without hesitation.

Great time
We, family with three kids, had a wonderful time in Key Largo and the Keys.
Great Restaurants and Dolphins nearby.
I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watch the sunset and relax from the day.

Perfect apartment
We had a great time in the apartment. It was spacious, clean and a great location in nice and quite area.
Javier was a great host, responded super fast to all our queries. Would definitely stay here again!

Adventure
This was a good base camp for our visit to Biscayne National Park and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. We loved watching the sunset from the balcony.

South Florida family vacation
Condo was a great place to explore the National Parks and the Keys. The condo was comfortable and clean. There were a few things that could use refreshing and minor repairs but it did not in any way impact our stay and we had a wonderful time.

Great property
Very clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the lights outside the bedroom window went on and off throughout the night. Otherwise, had a very nice stay.

Beautiful location
This was a perfect place for the 4 of us. 1 couple and 2 singles. Clean and comfortable. Great balcony overlooking the “lagoon”. Central location to get around. Loved it! Loved Key Largo!
