Spacious and comfortable home with heated pool<br>.
An attractively light and spacious ranch-style home, beautifully situated in a large tree-lined corner plot, will provide an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. It's the kind of place which says 'Welcome to Florida' when you first arrive and 'Welcome home' when you return from a day at the beach.
The front door opens into a large and comfortable family room. The patio doors open out on to the pool deck. There are two options for informal dining; either around the table in the breakfast nook adjoining the fully-equipped kitchen, or in the covered and carpeted area on the patio, with overhead lighting and fan. A large and secluded sundeck surrounds the 30' x 15' heated pool.
The bedrooms are on either side of the family room. All are attractively furnished in Floridian colours. On one side, the spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed (US Queen), two large walk-in closets, en suite bathroom, bath, walk-in shower, and access to the pool deck.
On the other side of the lounge, two smaller bedrooms are separated by a bathroom/toilet with over-bath shower: one bedroom has a US Queen bed and direct access to the pool deck; the other has twin beds.
A separate laundry room leads through from the hallway to the double garage.
You're spoilt for choice so far as shopping facilities and restaurants are concerned. Publix and Winn Dixie supermarkets are within a few minutes drive. Walmart and many other favourites are 10 minutes away, with a huge variety of eateries at reasonable prices.
No smoking anywhere in the house and grounds. Sorry - no pets.

The house was everything we expected. Very clean and well kept. The pool was amazing and the kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed it very much.

The place was very spacious and very clean upon check in. It was so good, we never had to talk to the property manager. I would stay there again if I am ever up that way.

Great vacation home
This was our second stay at this house and as before it was all it said it would be. Very clean spacious and well stocked. The pool was wonderful!

Wonderfully setup home with amazing owners! Super attentive to all communication. Every detail covered in the house. A few items show age inside but you’ll be on beautifully outfitted back patio and pool deck all the time anyway. Kitchen stocked better than our place. We truly did not want to leave. Great neighbor and enjoyed the beaches, mermaids and seaside restaurant scene. We’ll be Bach!

One of my faves
So clean and well stocked. The pool was amazing. The decor was super cute and the furniture was super comfortable. Check in was very easy and everyone we talked to was very easy to work with. Definitely recommend and would go back for sure.

Girl trip
The house was better than the pictures. Everything was clean and organized. I loved how everything was labeled and easy to find. Would stay her again.

The house was very comfortable for our family
The house was very clean inside, however, the entrance of the house needed a little TLC. Over all the was is great for my family. I will rent it again.

We're glad our guest and her family enjoyed their stay and look forward to their return. In response to our request for more detail on the "TLC" needed in the front entrance our guest said there was "a spider's web and wasps' nest which needed wiping down". These issues are usually dealt with before a guest checks in but if a wasps' nest is found, the guest should inform the manager who will deal with it promptly.

pleasant little house
This was a good property very spacious and accommodations were nice toiletries and each room had a theme. The only thing I wish worked was the jacuzzi tub. Other than that beautiful house.

Thank you for this review, and we're glad you appreciated the interior of the house (though we're mystified by the overall comment of 'little'!).We're sorry the jacuzzi didn't work. Ideally any problems should be reported at the time to the manager so he can sort them out on the spot. However, we've asked him to check this out.

Spring Hill getaway
Very nice home. Excellent heated pool for a home. Large enough to swim a few strokes. Everything was as described; no "surprises." Caretaker Eric, was responsive to our one need and made himself readily available if we should have further need. Area has every type of restaurant and many activities (but no close beach). Weekie Wachee and Homosassa Springs highly recommended. Thanks to Bill and Sue and Eric for a nice ten day vacation home.

Nice property
Stayed this property it was easy check in And check out. We were here to look for our own home and to visit with some family. The home was clean the only complaint. I have is we didn’t use the grill like we wanted due to it being extremely greasy and forgotten about. Didn’t have stuff to clean it and didn’t want to chance a fire. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Winter Vacation 2024
When I opened the door to the property it was just what I had anticipated. It was true to all pictures posted online; it was CLEAN throughout the property. It gave me a wonderful experience to know my family and I (3 adults) would be enjoying the month of March at this location. The owners had left a booklet that provided information about the property, the general location in Spring Hill and just helpful information re: TV, trash pickup, pool responsibility (heated pool to be covered each night to preserve the heat, etc.) I have family that live approx 6 miles from our location so I was a bit familiar with the area. Overall, it was a good experience and I plan to revisit the property in the future.

Couple weeks to relax
My wife and I found this place to stay and spend a few weeks enjoying north side of Tampa. Great location and neighborhood is very quiet.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and fit our needs for our vacation very well. The communication between the owners and the property manager was excellent.
Eric the property manager left the property clean and staged beautifully!
The kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need as far as cookware, tableware and utensils plenty of towels it was everything we could’ve asked for.
The pool was amazing!
Looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful
What a wonderful vacation rental home. Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The kids loved the pool, the furnishings were very functional and comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Also the location was very convenient. It’s a quick hop onto Mariner.
Eric, the property manager was very helpful. We had an issue with the air conditioning the first day. Eric responded immediately and had the issue resolved.
We would definitely rent this property again next time we are in Spring Hill.
