Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Both bathrooms have hot water and are fully functional. Had we been notified that you were having difficulty operating the hot water, we would have gladly assisted you immediately. The same applies to any concerns regarding cleanliness, insects, or the pool. We take great care to thoroughly clean and inspect the property before every guest’s arrival, and unfortunately, in Florida, insects can occasionally enter when exterior doors are left open. None of these concerns were communicated to us during your stay, which prevented us from having the opportunity to address them. Regarding the sliding door, once you notified us, we responded and had the issue corrected the following day. The separate apartment is disclosed and was also communicated to you. It was completely vacant during your stay, so there was no one occupying that space. The security cameras are disclosed and are installed solely for the protection and security of the property and our guests. They are not used to watch or listen to guests, and there are no cameras inside the home. We always encourage our guests to communicate any concern during their stay so that we have the opportunity to resolve it promptly. We regret that several of these concerns were only brought to our attention after departure, when we no longer had the opportunity to assist.
