Property looks exactly like the pictures. Very clean, check in process was a breeze. We had been driving for over 19 hours and actually got there a little earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in early. Would definitely stay there again if ever in Spring Hill!

The house was great, super clean and comfy. Amenities were perfect for our visit, we would definitely rent this house again!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting family. The pool was awesome with a great outdoor area to enjoy. Definitely planning to go back!

House was very clean, tidy, had everything we needed, nice neighborhood and well kept. Will be staying again when I visit my family and already recommended the property to another family member to stay there. Host was responsive and accommodating. Thank you!!

We can't say enough great things about this property. It was just as advertised, actually better! The decor was beautiful and the furniture was so comfy. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and in the outdoor kitchen area. We played games that were provided and enjoyed time in the salt water pool. It was close to stores and restaurants and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were provided most supplies that we needed during our stay-coffee, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, laundry and cleaning supplies, and beach towels. We didn't experience any problems during our stay but the hosts stayed in contact to make sure our stay was enjoyable. 10/10!

Great House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and clean, and the pool and patio area was awesome. Tanya was very easy and pleasant to communicate with as well. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Home and Host

This home was meticulously clean and was very homey and peaceful and had all the amenities you needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the home was so inviting. I really loved the back patio with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen and firepit. This is the best vacation home we've ever stayed in and will definitely be back. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is updated a nicely decorated. It felt very spacious and had all amenities you could possibly need. Anne Maria was so helpful in letting us use her TV services so we could watch the World Series all week. We were there end of October the only thing that I would say is thy we wished the pool was heated it was too cold to use and that there were more areas for suntanning other than that it was private and well equipped and very spacious. Thank you for welcoming us into your home.

Perfect house for our spring break

We were visiting family in the area and this house was perfect for our family of four, plenty of space to gather and in a great location. The neighborhood is quaint and very quiet. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and so beautifully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the pool & lanai. The hosts were very responsive & helpful. We’ll definitely be back soon. Two couples spent one month at this beautiful home! The location was fabulous close to shopping and restaurants and lots of things to do. The host was a great communicator. The heated pool was fabulous we spent a ton of time in the pool which was lovely because I hate cold pools and this was perfect! We were pleasantly surprised that the half bathroom is located outside in the pool area super convenient when you're soaking wet from swimming! There are three loungers in the pool area four would be better and they do need to be updated. The VRBO listing states that it has a gas grill.....but it is actually an outdoor 4 burner gas cooktop which we did use. It has a small charcoal grill which we used a few times. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet. We took several walks during our stay! We would recommend this home for 2 couples or families with kids!

Florida Vacation with Friends

We were very happy with our stay. The house had everything we needed and our host, Annemarie, was wonderful whenever we had any questions on places to go. The neighborhood is quiet and close to anything you'd want. The outdoor space was lovely! The only thing we missed was an outdoor gas grill. The one we had was a stovetop. We did have a short term pool heat issue, which our host tried to address We would definitely stay here again.T

Quiet cute house

Would stay again. Very quiet neighborhood. House adorably decorated with the perfect size furniture. Master bedroom was comfortable. Back yard privacy fence a huge plus to the property! Comfortable big back patio and we enjoyed the game of checkers. Would have given it 5 stars if you hired a better cleaning crew. Kitchen counters especially around the sink hadn’t been wiped and some long black hair left behind on white tile throughout house and the cleaning crew never moves around even small pieces of furniture for example the mirror in master. House was a little dusty. Overall it didn’t hinder our stay, but would have rated it a 5!! Great job on adorable factor though!

Clean, Attractive, Quiet and Useful

This home had many useful features and had been well cleaned and was decorated nicely but not over the top with convenient layout. Plenty of closet space (including nice hangers), drawer space and even pantry. Reading lamps and night stands with storage on both sides of all beds. Ceiling fans and large wall mounted televisions in each bedroom and the living room. Nice salt water heated pool that was surrounded by covered and shaded gathering area and had outside half bath as well. Appliances worked well and included large capacity washer/dryer. Master suite bathroom was glass enclosed spacious shower. We are both over 6 feet tall and rain shower head was high enough for us. We biked to some places from this home. Played golf, biked, pool time, pickleball, some shopping, dining and enjoyed a piano bar as well. Would recommend and stay here again.

5/2024 Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family, looked just like the pictures on the website. It is truly a home away from home. The kitchen is stocked including all the small things that I would normally have to buy. I loved the house decor, the screened and partially roofed lanai with outdoor grill, sink, and restroom. We all enjoyed the saltwater pool (and the pool toys) without having to keep going back and forth inside the house to use the restroom. We cooked a lot, and the outdoor grill station was perfect because I did not have to miss on the family fun while cooking, not to mention the house did not smell like all the different dishes that I made. The property is close to grocery stores, less than an hour from Tampa outlet mall, and within 2 hours away from the Devil's Den (highly recommended to visit, snorkeling or deep diving) and so many different Florida springs. We had a great time with our clear kayak guided tour at Weeke Wachee spring which was about 15 minutes away. Tanya (host) was very quick to respond and was very kind and helpful.

While very clean and cute, this property had some issues. We were allowed to check in early, which we were grateful for. When looking through the guide book left out, it stated that the thermostat was to stay at 75 degrees or higher basically anytime but winter. And if the temp was set lower than that and any issues came of it, the guest would be responsible for any emergency fees. When we did turn the thermostat down overnight (we have an infant and he won’t sleep unless it’s cool) the next day we noticed that the thermostat settings had been changed remotely, with hard stops not allowing the temp to be set lower than 73. None of this info was listed in the actual listing, or we wouldn’t have rented it. Our last day there we went out in the am, came back to use the pool, and as we were getting in I got a message from the owner stating the pool technician had come by while we were out, and shocked the pool. Meaning we were unable to use it for the next 24 hours, which again was our last day. We picked this Vrbo mainly for the pool, as we have two older kids that would be able to swim and be occupied while the baby napped or whatever. I looked on the availability and after we checked out the property was vacant for the next week, so this could have been done the next day and not affected anyone. We were very displeased with these issues, and ended up coming home early because of them.

Hi Ashley, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the pool. We recently hired a new pool service technician, and unfortunately they did not notify us that they planned to shock the pool that day. Had we known in advance, we absolutely would have scheduled it for after your departure to avoid disrupting your stay. Regarding the thermostat, we do allow guests to set the temperature below 75°F. However, because Florida's climate is so hot and humid, we do have to be mindful of settings that are excessively low in order to protect the air conditioning system. To ensure our guests' comfort, I recently installed a brand-new air conditioning system and ductwork. We want everyone to enjoy a cool and comfortable stay. We truly appreciate your feedback and apologize again for the inconvenience. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope you otherwise enjoyed your time at the home.
