Affordable home with gorgeous bay and ocean views!

Affordable meets comfortable in this cozy home overlooking Netarts Bay. This lovely home is just a 5-minute walk to Netarts Bay and a 5-minute drive to the hillside village of Oceanside, with its iconic 3 Arch Rocks and secluded double beaches connected by the Rosenberg tunnel. Take advantage of the miles of beach that connect Netarts Bay to the beaches of the Pacific Ocean. If you enjoy crabbing, clamming, or fishing, Netarts Bay has the best on the Oregon Coast. There is room to park your boat and crab boats can be rented less than a 5 minute from the house.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a gorgeous view of the Bay and Ocean. The interior is spacious with separate areas for adults and kiddos. There are 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with a claw foot tub; the second bedroom also has a full size bed, and the third has two twin size beds with a full bath with a tub/shower combo in between the rooms. The bottom floor is a bonus room with a Smart TV, 2 couches and a queen size bed along with a full bathroom. There is also a twin size sleeper sofa in the loft!

The comfortable living room has plenty of seating for all of you to enjoy spending time together talking or watching a movie on the Smart TV. There is also Wi-Fi at the house so you can continue to stay connected on your personal devices or laptops.

You can eat brunch, try cheese tasting, and all that Tillamook has to offer in just a short seven-mile drive. Located just off the Three Capes Scenic Drive, the house also offers easy access to sand dunes, fishing, a lighthouse, whale watching and more.

** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay.

Great house and location

We enjoyed our stay in Netarts. The house had easy check in and was very clean. There was lots of room and beautiful views of the bay. Communication was great and I would recommend this rental.

Family stay at the Coast

The stay was trouble free and everybody had a great time. The house was clean, roomy, and in a great location. best part was the check in process very friendly and helpful. I would for sure stay there again.

Great house on the coast

We loved our stay here. It was very clean. The views over the bay from the top level were amazing. Plenty of room for the whole family.

Beautiful views, homey feeling, close to beach

Wow did we have a blast here! Beautiful views, great communication from host, very comfy home but with the charm of a beach house. We were so close to the beaches, and pretty close to a great restaurant off of the beach that had a fun vibe. Yes we would stay here again.

Birds in the bay

We had an amazing stay. We especially loved watching the bird life in the bay and the pelicans diving for fish. Relaxing if you want to hang out and close to things to do if you want to adventure. Must visit Salty Raven for fun sweatshirts, t-shirts, mugs and other fun stuff. All by a local artist ❤️.

Nice and cozy

The house was as billed on-line. Nice folks to work with and a new refrigerator and couches were being installed as we arrived. Right across the street was a row of beach house on the water. Very convenient to beach and restaurants.

Comfortable and Scenic Home Away from Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was amazing for our family. There were separate areas for each family group so that we all had our own space, but also shared spaces that were comfortable and open for all of us to gather and play games or talk. All the supplies were there for what we needed and the pellet stove added to the experience. Owner was VERY responsive for a holiday week and was very accommodating. Loved it!

Comfortable and relaxing

Great place to stay. Views are spectacular especially from the top floor. Quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of room. 6 adults and 2 kids under 3. Had an awesome week.

Delightful house

Truly a wonderful house to stay in, My family enjoyed their time together. Our only complaint is that the knifes are dull and the cooking pans are a bit old and scratched up. I would suggest an update on the kitchen ware.

We really enjoyed our stay at Netart!s Bay!! A wonderful time with family. The oven temperature is off. The refrigerator froze some food and ruin the eggs. But all in all, we had a memorable time

Great location, easy

Communication with property manager easy, location was great, good amount of towels and TP. Many plates and utensils. Not sure if there was a knife sharpener but I could’ve used one in the kitchen. Many sheets etc. House has a great layout, this was worth our time and money. Great value.

Great view & location

The house was large enough for us to visit family. The house was in a great location, with an amazing view. The property manager was friendly & responsive, the house was very clean. Only complaint is that the house is old & worn, furniture is uncomfortable, beds are awful, kitchen appliances are broken. I would give it 5 stars if they updated the property.

Perfect for our group

Very solid house. I'm the earliest riser and this is the first place we've stayed where the floors, doors and beds don't creak waking everyone up. Plenty of comfortable seating. Great view of the water. The only thing I wish had been different is the upstairs bathroom is a tub only. But that's really no big deal. If one of our girls weekends is back to this location, I would book here again.

We had an awesome time!

The house was very nice and well stocked. Sarah was wonderful when we had a problem with the smoke detector. She brought another one lickety split and installed it. She prepared a very clean and inviting home for us. The chocolates were the icing on the cake!

It had awesome views.

We really enjoyed our stay. Pearl St off 131 was not well marked. Once we found it we were ok. We loved being able to spread out. My husband and I slept in the double bed room on the main floor and I have to say it wasn't a good experience. Everytime one of us moved we weren't sure if we would fall to the floor. We're not heavy people. Other than that the whole family loved the house.

Perfect Place for our Family

We had a great stay in Netarts! The house was a perfect size for our family (6 adults and 4 kids). The location was excellent for exploring the surrounding area. The house was spacious and we found it very clean. Things to know, the furniture is dated and starting to wear out, but that did not detract from our stay. They also talk in their listing about there being room to park a boat. As a boat owner, I don't find that accurate. The driveway is very steep, and I think it would be very difficult to park a boat. Other than that, we had a great stay and plan to return again.

Absolutely Gorgeous

Fantastic house, wide open windows with a great view of the bay with lots of natural lighting. The house has a pellet stove for more heat, and comes stocked for your stay. There is a helpful tsunami evacuation plan and a very thorough explanation of crabbing in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans et al. We had a problem with one of the toilets, but the PM Sarah was quick to respond and fix our issue. The access road is very narrow and kind of sketchy. The house is very vertical, with steep entry stairs and three stories, so perhaps not the best for some people. We had a great time, and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
