Affordable meets comfortable in this cozy home overlooking Netarts Bay. This lovely home is just a 5-minute walk to Netarts Bay and a 5-minute drive to the hillside village of Oceanside, with its iconic 3 Arch Rocks and secluded double beaches connected by the Rosenberg tunnel. Take advantage of the miles of beach that connect Netarts Bay to the beaches of the Pacific Ocean. If you enjoy crabbing, clamming, or fishing, Netarts Bay has the best on the Oregon Coast. There is room to park your boat and crab boats can be rented less than a 5 minute from the house.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a gorgeous view of the Bay and Ocean. The interior is spacious with separate areas for adults and kiddos. There are 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom with a claw foot tub; the second bedroom also has a full size bed, and the third has two twin size beds with a full bath with a tub/shower combo in between the rooms. The bottom floor is a bonus room with a Smart TV, 2 couches and a queen size bed along with a full bathroom. There is also a twin size sleeper sofa in the loft!

The comfortable living room has plenty of seating for all of you to enjoy spending time together talking or watching a movie on the Smart TV. There is also Wi-Fi at the house so you can continue to stay connected on your personal devices or laptops.

You can eat brunch, try cheese tasting, and all that Tillamook has to offer in just a short seven-mile drive. Located just off the Three Capes Scenic Drive, the house also offers easy access to sand dunes, fishing, a lighthouse, whale watching and more.

** Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay.

Comfortable and Scenic Home Away from Home

There were separate areas for each family group so that we all had our own space, but also shared spaces that were comfortable and open for all of us to gather and play games or talk. All the supplies were there for what we needed and the pellet stove added to the experience. Owner was VERY responsive for a holiday week and was very accommodating. Loved it!

Great house and location

We enjoyed our stay in Netarts. The house had easy check in and was very clean. There was lots of room and beautiful views of the bay. Communication was great and I would recommend this rental.

Family time stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time at the netarts beach house. We had nine people staying there with plenty of room. There was no shortage of pots and pans silverware and anything you needed or forgot to bring generally very clean, carpets could use some work but still an overall great stay.

Nice and cozy

The house was as billed on-line. Nice folks to work with and a new refrigerator and couches were being installed as we arrived. Right across the street was a row of beach house on the water. Very convenient to beach and restaurants.

Birds in the bay

We had an amazing stay. We especially loved watching the bird life in the bay and the pelicans diving for fish. Relaxing if you want to hang out and close to things to do if you want to adventure. Must visit Salty Raven for fun sweatshirts, t-shirts, mugs and other fun stuff. All by a local artist ❤️.

Family stay at the Coast

The stay was trouble free and everybody had a great time. The house was clean, roomy, and in a great location. best part was the check in process very friendly and helpful. I would for sure stay there again.

Perfect House for our Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We filled every bed in the house and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the beach. The view is beautiful and we could even take a quick walk down the hill to our favorite restaurant, The Schooner, or the bayside beach. The beds are comfortable and the home was nice and clean. The only inconvenience is sharing the driveway with the property behind the house, but the neighbors were friendly and it was not a problem for us. The house is well appointed and met all of our needs. We loved it and plan to rent it again next summer. Sarah from Shore Thing was very responsive too. We had a great rental experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would like to suggest that you always have someone inspect your homes after the cleaning person has left prior to the guest arrival!! There was lots of cobwebs and the basement floors had not been vacuumed for some time. Suggest the owner cut down the tree that is blocking the beautiful view!

Great location, easy

Communication with property manager easy, location was great, good amount of towels and TP. Many plates and utensils. Not sure if there was a knife sharpener but I could’ve used one in the kitchen. Many sheets etc. House has a great layout, this was worth our time and money. Great value.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our property managers truly went above and beyond! Their exceptional communication and availability made for a great stay. Cleanliness was impressive, especially the spotless windows that provided magnificent bay and ocean views. The pellet stove warmed us nicely on chilly nights. The home even had a comprehensive binder with photos and step-by-step instructions. The weather couldn’t have been better: out of seven days, five were 100% sunny, and only two were drizzly. Hey, not bad for the coast, right? Some things were showing their age (as in dinosaurs!): the fridge froze half of our food, much of the shelving either had missing parts or was broken, and the surface of the claw-foot tub rendered it unusable. But overall, our experience was terrific.
