Nice Condo with stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony with views of gulf and storage area containing beach chairs & umbrella (beach towels available too). Swimming pool, hot tub and beautiful tropical seating area were a bonus. Good communication with owner when needed. Enjoyed our week at Indian Shores!

Great place

We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Indian Shores because this condo is very nice. Located directly on the beach is a plus! Ian is a superb landlord.

Was a great place except for the Room with the Double beds the mattresses need to be replaced The patio table and swivel chairs could be updatedThe couch could use a cleaning as wellWritten instructions for the televisions in the condo would be nice as wellWe had a great time was a little disappointed with the description of Wow update condo and the above where things that were not updated or we noticed Thanks

Perfect place for a friends beach vaca. Only drawback was not much within walking distance but we had a car so no problem.

Lovely condo and great location

The condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and just a short walk to beach. The location is great with proximity to so many things you can walk to or short drive. We will be back!

Great Getaway

Nice, comfortable condo. Owner very helpful, informative, and responsive. Beach was super as well as the restaurants. The trolley was an added bonus.

Wonderful!

This condo was amazing. It was clean and well set up, had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. It even had spices in the cupboard and detergent for laundry. Owners were very easy to deal with and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Condo was very nice, well appointed. Under building parking out of tyhr sun was a nice perk. Property is well kept.

Great place!

Condo was great! Spacious- had everything we needed and more! Shocked we didn’t have to have extra dish detergent, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. having beach chairs, toys, etc to use was great- had brought my own though- not used to owners sharing and letting you use their things! Hope it’s available for dates we’ll need next year!

Best Vacation with a View

Fabulous vacation. The condo was clean and pretty. The best part was the absolutely gorgeous view. The Family room and master bedroom have ceiling to floor windows with an amazing view. Aside from the fact it was super hot this was far by one of our best family vacations. We will definitely be back.

Beachtown Getaway

This condo is located in Indian Shores which has maintained its residential beachtown feel despite the commercialization of St. Pete Beach to the south and Clearwater Beach to the north. Condo was great, with all the amenities you could want. Wish the weather was a bit warmer, but at least the pool was heated! View from the balcony is spectacular. Owners were amazingly responsive to all questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wet nice place

This condo had a great view of the ocean! Check in was easy and it was nice to not need a key to get in and out. Air conditioner did not work well so we were not really able to use front bedroom because it was so hot and had to hang a blanket in front of window in other front bedroom to help keep sun out. Overall pleased with our stay
