This luxury 3rd floor corner unit is ideally located for directly on the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Furnished & professionally decorated with a Cape Cod flare. As soon as you walk through the door the stunning stone tile will take you down the path to see endless Gulf views and the most spectacular sunsets on the beach. The spacious open living, dining & kitchen floor plan is great for entertaining. The coastal cottage style kitchen with maple cabinets and granite counter tops will take your breath away. Fully equipped for those evenings you decide to cook in. The dining room table seats 6 with 4 bar stools along the kitchen peninsular. The living room area has a 55" flat screen you can stream Hulu & Netflix and other apps also available if you like just to bring your login in to use them. The Tommy Bahamas decorated master suite features a king size Stearns & Foster pillow top mattress, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds both bedrooms have a 32" flat screen TV and adjoining bathroom. The laundry room has full size washer/dryer. You're just a few steps away from the beautiful white sand beach where we have our newly renovated one of kind "Beach Cave" located on the ground level for our guests ONLY right next to the beach access door leading to the beach and pool where you will find all the beach gear, refrigerator, towels and toys for the little ones you will need.

Perfect week on the beach!

This condo and included beach cave were the perfect setting for our family (8&10 year old kiddos)! There wasn't a single thing we could have asked to be improved upon - the location is amazing and very calm and quiet. The beach is beautifully taken care of along with the condos, nothing seems to be overlooked and everything is very clean. We hope to visit again soon, and would choose this condo over any others in the area 100%!

Fabulous Condo in great area

My husband & I took our son & his girlfriend for a beach trip before he started his Senior year in college. This condo was perfect. It had everything we needed. We cooked in a couple of nights & the kitchen was very well stocked. The beach cave is amazing. It was so nice to put our drinks in the refrigerator & pack the cooler. We used the chairs, umbrellas & tent. You are only steps from a beautiful wide beach & crystal blue ocean. The condo is very nice & comfortable. I have read reviews about the thermostat being set on 72. I am hot natured & was always very comfortable. This was not a problem for us. In fact at night the master bedroom was so cool, I turned the thermostat up & was glad I brought a blanket from home. We went to John's Pass & ate at Friendly Fisherman which was good. The kids parasailed & had a great time. We ventured into St. Pete & went to a roof top, Birchwood Canopy. You can walk to restaurants near the condo. Kenny's Corner was really good for breakfast & is a must while you are there. Our favorite restaurant was Salt Rock Grill, which is 5 mins from condo. We rode the bikes that are provided in the beach cave to the Candy Kitchen for ice cream. Michele is an awesome host & answered any questions I had promptly. We have travelled many places & have owned our own condos, this condo is above & beyond with everything you could need. We will definitly be back & always stay here if available. Thank you Michele, for a memorable vacation with family.

Wonderful Vacation!!

Our family has vacationed in this area for 8 of the last 10 yrs and this was our first time staying here and it was amazing. The pictures do not do justice to the panoramic view you get from it being a side unit and just how much space there is. Both bedrooms are huge, especially the kids room which had more than enough space for a 10 yr old and 12 yr old. High speed internet was great, the rooms have smart TVs with all the apps and the place has all the amenities you would need. The beach cave and pool were great and the beach did not get super crowded in that area. Very close to all kinds of good restaurants and easy parking. We’ll def be looking to go back next summer!!

Beautiful!

First time in Redington and really enjoyed ourselves. Traffic was never an issue and everything we needed was a short drive away. Condo was stocked with everything we could think of needing and the beach cave was a life saver. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

Awesome!

This place was awesome! The pictures are 100% accurate and you will be even more impressed in person. The beach cave is one of the best features of any place I have stayed at the beach. Taking your things to the beach and storing them in the cave is super handy. If this property is available on the dates you want it, you need to book it now. Can't say enough good things about this place. By far one of the best places I have booked and stayed. We will be back!

Happy Place!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful vacation paradise. Overall the Condominium property is very well run and maintained. The unit itself is absolutely gorgeous in person and is the cleanest we have ever stayed in. If you can think of it the host has provided it. The Beach Cave has everything from umbrellas, chairs, bikes and fishing gear along with plenty of beach toys for any kids you bring along. If you need to get out of the abundant sunshine you can pop into the Beach Cave and have a seat at the picnic table and get a cold drink out of the refrigerator. The pool is large and clean and there are plenty of lounges and tables with some shade. The beach is wide and clean and the water is super clear and warm. Even in water up to our necks you could see fish of all sizes swimming about. Make sure to relax on the Lani as the view is amazing. We dined at many restaurants during this stay. Especially the waterfront dinning at Salt Rock, Seabreeze , Conch Republic and ventured out the St Pete Pier and dined at Doc Fords. Also, Johns pass is a must to visit the shops, have a bite to eat on the water and do some people watching. We visited the Florida Aquarium in Tampa and had a great time seeing all the fish and wildlife on display. Took a trip on a Catamaran at sunset one evening. The host provides great communication. The only complaint we have is when we are here the time goes by way to fast! This truly is my wife’s “Happy Place” and we cant wait to return!

Beautiful Condo

Just like the pictures this place is beautiful and well maintained. You will not be disappointed. It was very clean. Everything you need to feel like you’re at home. The beach cave was awesome. We probably didn’t utilize it as much because our child is very young, but it has everything you need for an amazing beach or pool day. Grilling supplies were on hand so we had some great steaks one evening. We really enjoyed the location. Walkable to several locations to eat and a local coffee shop just across the way, but the area is not too busy. If you’re looking for more action you can get to touristy areas headed north or south. Johns Pass is fun for people watching, dolphin watching, and a cocktail. We enjoyed Pajanos pizza and taproom for dinner our first and last nights. The Conch Republic had a fun atmosphere, great service, and wonderful food. If you’re looking for that fun vacation tattoo Mad Beach Ink in Madeira was fantastic. Clean, fun, friendly, and fit me in quickly as a walk in. Overall just a great vacation rental.

Even nicer than the photos

This condo is by far the nicest and cleanest my family has stayed in during 10 years of family vacations. The photos are very accurate and the beach house is even nicer in person. The furniture and decor are high quality and set the mood for a beach themed vacation. Everything you need is available and no detail is left untouched. They even had extra batteries if needed. The beach cave is an outstanding ammenity that is litterally feet from the pool and beach area. We never had to lug our beach gear, drinks or sand back to the room, it was soo convenient. We met a ton of nice folks on our vacation that were jealous of the added feature of the beach cave. Everthing you need is in there! The beach is very clean and safe, with a ton of room to stretch out and enjoy yourself. The area has a ton of great restaurants very close to the Sea Oats complex. We love JD's, Wahoo's, Sea Breeze, Friendly Tavern and the best pizza between Florida and Michigan FRABOTTAS! We vacation in the area almost every year and this condo was our favorite by far. Thanks Michelle!

Paradise on the Gulf

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful Gulf front condo. The 3rd floor balcony was a great spot to relax and listen to the surf. The sunsets were absolutely amazing even though the weather during our stay was a little extreme. (It was still double digits warmer than at home). We enjoyed walking miles on the beach every day and talking about how wonderful it would be to have a beach house lol. It was a perfect location, and perfectly welcoming home. Very Nice Property

Not sure what to expect on this trip, but were delighted with the area and the rental condo on the beach. Everything was fairly high end and it all worked. The owner answered questions that I had quickly and professionally.

Excellent property for beach vacation!

The unit is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked. The beach cave is a life saver for families that play on the beach! Such a blessing to store our beach gear and extra drinks at the beach entrance all week! Loved the place so much we already booked for next year! The owner answered a phone call promptly and was very sweet. Couple quirky things about the place but overall managed well and we enjoyed the unit very much.

Beachfront Paradise!

This has to be the best condo unit in the area! There is no stone left unturned by the owners to make your stay as memorable as possible. The unit is super clean and is decorated impeccably and has every amenity you could ask for. The view from the Lani is just breathtaking. (WOW) The “Beach Cave” is just fantastic. Everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach from towels , umbrellas, fishing gear and bicycles are included. If it gets a little hot on the beach you can just pop into the cave and grab a drink or snack from the refrigerator and have a seat at the picnic table. What a great beach for early morning and late night walks and the water was clean and warm. Great dining options within both walking distance and a short drive away. (Salt Rock is awesome!) Johns Pass is a fun area to dine and people watch. As for things to do in the area we took the short drive to Clearwater and visited the Clearwater Aquarium and Pier 60 and had lunch at a waterfront café . Also we attended a Tampa Bay Bucs game and took a day trip to the Ringling Museum/Ca' d'Zan in Sarasota and a sunset sailboat cruise on a 60’ vessel. My wife and I had the best time and we cant wait to return to Paradise!

Home away from home

Perfect location between Clearwater and St.Pete! Great location on the beach! Condo is a quiet corner unit that is decorated with a beach flare with lots of light in the open living/kitchen area!

Some like it hot!

The condo was very clean, beautiful decorated with amazing views! One important aspect was the temperature of the condo since it would become uncomfortably warm during the day. The thermostat is controlled by the nest/owners and defaults during the day to 78 degrees when the thermostat doesn’t sense motion. Then when you returned, the unit would come on but it would take awhile to cool off to 72 degrees. The temperature also increased at night while we slept, but thankfully not to 78 degrees! Note, 72 degrees is the lowest the owners would allow the temperature to fall and is somewhat warm for Florida in August in our opinion. The owners were contacted but did not budge from the 72 degree temperature when we asked if it could be dropped to at least 70 degrees. So if you like a cooler home, this place may not be the right choice.

Best Vacation

We had the best vacation at Redington Beach! The condo was better than the description and pictures! We had everything needed to cook our hearts out! We usually cook a good bit so we can spend more time on the beach and in the sun! We’ve never stayed anywhere that had every dish needed for our whatever meals we have planned! This condo was beautiful, well-stocked, and comfortable for our family of 5. The owner was also very responsive. We look forward to coming back here again!

Terrific Two Weeks!

My family just concluded a relaxing two-week vacation at this beautiful condo. We flew to FL for this trip, so we were limited with what we could bring. This condo had everything we could possibly want or need! Everything is in fantastic condition. It is clear that the owners take great care and pride in their property. As a family of four with 2 adults, a teenager and a 9 year old, we had plenty of space. The beach cave was fantastic! Having everything we needed for the beach and a fridge on the ground level was incredibly convenient. It is true, most of the other units do not provide this amenity. We felt so fortunate to have this perk! The condo itself is beautiful. The decor is beachy and the furniture is well maintained and very comfortable. We had plenty of seating in the family room and dining areas. The beds were also very comfortable. All linens and towels are provided, and there’s plenty! The kitchen is well-appointed and very open. If you plan to cook, the pots, pans and cooking utensils are in great shape! This was one of the best properties we have rented and definitely plan to return!

Family Vacation

This was our second time staying and it was just as great as the first. You can’t beat the amazing views and convenience of the beach cave. The upgrades to the master bath and the new ceiling fan were great. We will be back again!

Beach Vacation

This was a truly awesome visit and property. It was an extended vacation after a volleyball national competition in Orlando. When we walked through the door, the property was exactly as described (and even better) with a beach view. Michelle literally provided every single thing we could have needed and even stuff we didn’t know we’d want. We would definitely stay again!!!

Amazing Vacation

This property was absolutely amazing. From enjoying coffee every morning on the balcony to watching the sunset every night while walking the beach, I could not have asked for more. We had a great time making memories to last a lifetime. The condo was great and had everything we needed, very clean, up to date, and decorated so cute. Loved the beach cave, it had everything we needed for the beach, tennis, and grilling. It was a huge plus that we didnt need to bring or buy thay stuff. We have already talked about wanting to come again.

Amenities make this place. Had every thing for the beach provided in the beach cave. Made our stay so much easier and better all the way down to coolers and beach wagon! We could not have asked for more!
