Guest access
There is ample space at the property for parking; up to 6 vehicles and even 1 large RV. Additionally, there is parking in the 2-car garage.
Guests will have access to the entire property and can easily check-in via a keycode.
Other things to note
Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome. Guests must pay a pet fee at the time of booking. Sadly, cats are not allowed due to allergies. Horses are welcome to stay in the fenced pasture behind the house!

The Rocking H operates legally as a short-term rental in Gallatin County. The property has been inspected and approved for guests by the fire department and health department. The well water is tested annually. The septic system has been approved for up to eight people staying in three bedrooms. All cleaners are licensed and certified in standard health and safety standards. These licenses and this protocol are an investment in our guest’s safety.

Situated just 15 minutes from both Bozeman`s vibrant Main Street and its international airport and within a scenic 1.5-hour drive to Yellowstone`s west entrance. For outdoor enthusiasts, Big Sky Ski Resort and Bridger Bowl Ski Area are easily accessible within 48 and 30 minutes respectively. The nearby Madison River offers opportunities for rafting, floating, and fishing, a mere 25 minutes away.

There is free parking at the property for 6 vehicles and even 1 large RV. Additionally, there is parking in the 2-car garage.
You will require a vehicle to get around. While we do have Uber and Lyft, plus a free local bus service in Bozeman, you`ll need a vehicle to get to and from the house and experience all of Montana`s beauty.
We understand plans can change, so here’s a quick rundown of our cancellation policy:
- Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% Refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.
- No Refund: Cancel fewer than 7 days before check-in.
- Special Case: Full refund within 48 hours of booking if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
Note: A 4% processing fee applies to all cancellations (excluding Airbnb bookings).
