NOTE: The caretaker is living in the attached ADU upstairs. They have a separate entrance in the back of the house. There are exterior camera's at the front and back doors along with the garage doors.

Up to 2 dogs are considered with owner approval and a pet fee. Please inform us at the time of booking of the age, weight, and breed of the dog(s) you are planning to bring. If approved we have a $150 pet fee per dog.

Location is a short walk from Main Street and host is responsive. We loved the pool table and the beds were very comfortable! It was perfect for our group and everyone had enough space.

It was the perfect amount of room, beds, couches, space! It was the perfect location to walk to town and to head to Bridger Bowl. The communication was very quick which is always a comfort. Will be staying here again! Only one glitch was the heat or coolness didn't seem consistent throughout. Thank you!!!

Great house near Main St. Bozeman

House was clean, location was great, loved how spacious it was and caretaker was sure we had everything we could possibly need. Highly recommend.

Bozeman staycation

Family and friends flew into Bozeman for a staycation with some locals. This was a wonderful location to enjoy all of the downtown amenities. The house was large enough for the 7 adults staying and the locals to join in for dinner and games.

friend reunion to attend a wedding in the area. Everyone slept comfortably in all the beds that were provided and the 3 bathrooms were great. We loved being able to walk to downtown Bozeman to enjoy local restaurants.

Bozeman Big Sky

Great time in Bozeman. Loved being within walking distance of the downtown. Drive to Big Sky for skiing was not bad and really beautiful this time of year.

Montana Bound

Great place to stay. I came in to preview residential developments my company and truly enjoyed coming back to this place after a long day. Walking distance to everything that you want to do. Two thumbs up for this place.

Amazing Location - Brand New Property!

Can't beat the location of this brand new build. Tons of room for multiple families. Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants and drinks. Loved it and plan to reserve this property again!

A great base camp for our group

We rented the house as a gathering spot for our reunion. 6 of us stayed at the house and the rest of the group stayed on Main St. it was an easy walk to meet up and the 2 living rooms worked out perfect for our group to gather and hangout. Everyone had a great time and the house was pretty perfect.

Family visit to see college student in October

House suited all of our needs with great spaces including comfortable living spaces, nice kitchen and ample sleeping arrangements for grandparents, parents and students. Loved the location!!

Convenient to Main Street

This venue about a quarter mile to downtown Bozeman. The unit is modern and comfortable. Caveat—lots of stairs.

Montana Trip

Perfect location! We were able to walk to the downtown area even in frigid temperatures! It is definitely large enough to accommodate a group of 14 without feeling like we were bumping into each other. We would definitely recommend staying here!! The reservation and check in and out process are so easy! Thanks for a wonderful visit!!!!

TEEDOFF 2024

Very nice property with plenty of room for our annual golf trip. 7 adults traveled from all over the country to Bozeman and stayed very comfortably in a perfect location that was walking distance to town. Enjoy relaxing in the finished basement watching college football and playing pool. Would recommend this property.
