Sunrise view overlooking Cudjoe Bay. Fully furnished, linens, cable/internet. This home is on a compound, the swimming pools, dockage and property are shared with the other units on the property. The perfect spot for weddings, reunions, or large groups! Square Grouper restaurant and bar in the is down the street. Shuttle to Key West just steps from the home. Great stay in in the Keys

Property was adequate but could use a few updates. The location was great. Easy to get to Key West near good local restaurants and beaches. Would stay again.

The house was good for the five of us men. We were comfortable with the sleeping conditions. The kitchen lacked a couple essential pots and dishes to cook with. Yes the house could use some TLC but it was fine for what we needed. I would stay again

Relaxing with a Peaceful View

We were very happy with this VRBO and would stay again. Some attention to cleaning out drawers and dusting behind things should be addressed. Everything else was so nice we still give it 5 stars.

Beautiful water view

This has beautiful views, a pool that is heated. The house is in need of some maintenance. Two bedrooms are in desperate need of mattresses, specially if you’re using for adults, our guests were complaining. The house has plenty of kitchen supplies as in plates silverware cups coffee cup, The house was clean and we met the house keeper, she was very nice and we appreciated her. Our intentions were to enjoy our time away, and that we did.

Beautiful view

The sun rises were beautiful. The location very nice. This place has huge potential but there are some things that need to be replaced- pans,grill and deck work to name a few. Its an easy drive to join the fun in key west and far enough to just relax.

Quiet place

Very quiet, clean, and overall great experience. I’ve been staying at properties in the Keys for over 20 years and this is one of the best experiences I have had.

Property was very clean. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment. Location and pool were excellent. Pool furniture needed repair. Master bath needs some repair on shower door and vanity. First guest room bed needs replacement. Difficult to find the driveway entrance from the highway.

Location was good. We felt safe. Host was good at communicating. The home does need TLC/cosmetic needs. Aside from it I would recommend without high expectations.

Couple’s Getaway

We loved staying at this property and would definitely book it again! The view was beautiful and it was very convenient to what we wanted to do. The only thing I would say is for a sense of more privacy, I wish the blinds were repaired so that they covered the windows completely. Overall, we loved the property!

Good time

Loved our stay. This property works well for us, quiet but close enough to Key West to catch sunsets, shopping, and more dining options. Beautiful sunrises. Although quiet has pretty much everything you need nearby. Communication with Susan very easy

Family vacation

Overall everything was nice. There were a few issues which I addressed with our host. Shower door broken, and no gas in gas grill. Location was beautiful and quiet setting. Our family enjoyed our Cudjoe Key stay

Retirement Fishing Trip

What a beautiful home and spectacular views. Just loved sitting out on the Adirondack chairs watching the sunrise and sunset to a cool breeze, nice music, and a cup of coffee or maybe a Margarita.

Family Fun!

Overall, its a great location, the communication was key, the stay was fantastic, the house was outdated and a few minor obstacles but we made the BEST of everything. We wanted relaxation and thats what we got. Thank You for your hospitality and comforting home!

Perfect place on the water with a mini beach. Great for children. House is really nice and spacious with a great view. Big bummer the pool wasn’t heated! Enjoyed the stay and would stay there again!!

Family Time in Cudjoe Key

Finding the property was a little tricky but the accommodations were very spacious. Pool was clean, WiFi was great, and dock was accessible. Conveniently located to stores and restaurants. There is some hurricane damage outside the building that still needs repairing but appeared to me mostly cosmetic. The property manager was extremely accommodating, and we all slept very well!!! We would definitely return.

Not what was advertised

Needs a lot of handyman work. Holes in the deck, ceiling, pool. Stucko coming off in many places. No canoe, kayak was not water worthy. Cleaning people need to fired. Rotten wood in the threshold. Trash from others on property that we cleaned up.

Great location, Tired home

This is not a place for children. The home is on a beautiful lot and convenient to Key West and other Keys. The boat access is a great plus. The house itself needs some serious rehab. The bathroom cabinet is held together with tape. The screen door was off when we arrived. The furniture is aged and worn. The are limited amenities and expectation to bring your own. The fans in the main room had no controllers and one of the beds was so uncomfortable that little sleep was had. If you want a good location but are good with no frills and a tired place you will love it. It served its purpose.

Cudjoe Key - GORGEOUS and Acceptable Accomodations

The location and water access is excellent and we had an excellent 4-night stay, wishing it were longer. The house layout is good with very good views and it simply needs updating, including the AC. Cleanliness and well-stocked is important to us and owner did a good job with this. There are five cottages on property and we became well-acquainted with a group that was there.
