Privacy & seclusion w/ hot tub - on 10 acres, minutes from Trails and Downtown

Our cozy home is located on 10 secluded rural acres. You can experience wildlife on the wrap around porch, or go exploring in the woods. This is a perfect place for a romantic get-away or bring the whole family. There is plenty of grassy meadow for the kids to run around. Unlimited internet access allows for zoom meetings during the day and the 2 person Hot Tub provides relaxation at night.
It's on the same road as the Northwoods Trail system and only a few minutes from downtown Hot Springs. It's close to all conveniences but if you decide to stay in then you can cook dinner on the charcoal grill or a meal in the Kitchen.
This place is peaceful with plenty of privacy.

Please note: For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located at the main entrance facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private areas.

Relaxing and close to town

The hot tub was fabulous. The location was perfect to get into town and be in a quiet area. It was just the right size for all 5 of us. Had all the amenities we needed.

Nice place

Peace and tranquility

We stayed at two different houses with this same owner. Both were special in their own way. One was cozy with a wrap around deck. The other was a little more upscale and larger. Both were clean and well thought out with scented candles and cookware.

Above and beyond

Not only was this place even better than the listing, but Voli was so sweet. There was a anow storm the day we were coming down and she was so sweet to work with us on making sure we were safe coming to and from. The place is made for kids. But definitely romantic for couples. We will be back

The Perfect Girls Getaway

My high school friends of 30 yrs and I stayed here for the weekend and it was absolute perfection. Every detail was considered and available. It was secluded enough to be quiet and private, but just minutes to the cutest downtown area with plenty of shops, delicious food, and things to do. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. Wonderful place.

Great location and full of amenities

Great location- only about a 10 min drive to the downtown strip. Plenty of privacy on the property! Cabin filled with everything we needed! Kitchen stocked really well with all the supplies! Loved the hot tub and outdoor space!

Above and Beyond

This was not only a beautiful and peaceful piece of property with an abundance of amenities but the owners were amazing. They even helped me get a birthday cake to the house for my honey’s birthday! The location was perfect with a counter feel yet minutes from down town. We would highly recommend!!!!

Hot springs

The entire process from booking to our departure was awesome. Holiday has a very nice secluded place. We saw various wildlife. Super relaxing on the deck, grilling and enjoying making family memories. The home is very nice, super clean, well supplied. I will definitely book that place again.

Quiet and cozy

This was a great house! Very clean, plenty of towels, great communication with owner, so quiet, great hot tub for two! Definitely recommend for family with children or just couples!

Family vacation

Empty Nesting

We chose this property because of its location(near Hot Springs but still secluded) and its appearance(large porch and wooded property), and were not disappointed! The house and property were exactly as described and we loved exploring the land, having a fire in the firepit, and relaxing in the spa after a long day hiking. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and the house had everything we needed for a five day stay. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

Perfect Mountain Stay

When looking to book in Hot Springs, I wanted something that was authentic to the area. This house was perfect!!! Nestled on the mountain with a beautiful property, it was a perfect place to enjoy the hiking and baths of Hot Springs. The space was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. We built a fire, relaxed in the hot tub, cooked dinner in the kitchen, and took advantage of all the local attractions. We absolutely loved our stay there!

Quiet and secluded, close to everything.

My family and I rented this house for our trip to a magic Springs. Such a great location. It’s about six miles from the park, but completely out of town. The house sits back off the road and is a charming place. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the place for you. We saw deer and rabbits in the yard every evening.

Beautiful, private, country side cottage with outdoor wrap around porches and a delightful hot tub.

The property was as the advertisement stated. The three bed cottage was so clean and perfect! The fall weather was perfect for viewing autumn leaves and scenery. Our host was so helpful. We plan to return next year for our anniversary!

Relaxing Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had everything we might need. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go and still felt very secluded. Great communication with the host. I do feel that the listing should note that both bathrooms are on the ground floor with 2 of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor which might be difficult for some. It was fine for us, just a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the house and property are beautiful and well maintained.

Homey, clean, comfortable. This place had everything. The host pretty much thought of anything you might need. The property was great and also well equipped hotub, firepit and grill with a huge wrap around deck and lots of seating. Hope to book a saty in the future

Nice getaway

Nice overall property and great location. We did have some minor issues with the grill not being as advertised( charcoal vs propane) and the grill available was rusted out and not sturdy to grill on. Owner was very polite and responsive though. Also there is no kitchen or dining room table inside so our family was not able to sit down together inside for any of our meals.

Girls Trip

It was amazing!! The hot tub was really relaxing! Every year us 3 ladies celebrate our birthdays together. We grew up together from 1st grade. So we really want to enjoy ourselves forn relaxing and good conversations. This house did it and them some. Thanks for the great memories!!!

Quiet Cabin near Hot Springs National Park

Our family enjoyed our getaway to this cabin for Spring Break. Overall, cabin is as described. The hot tub is perfect after a day of hiking the trails. We saw deer on the property each evening. We cooked several meals ok the cabin. Our only disappointment was that the grill did not work. Owner was super responsive to any questions we had throughout our stay. We would recommend to others!

Perfect oasis for an anniversary

I rent houses thru VRBO multiple times a year & this house was by far the cleanest house I have rented!! The house was immaculate & stocked better than any other home. There was even a cute little basket with hot chocolate mix, packets of nuts, granola bars & 6 waters waiting on the counter for us to enjoy. There was plenty of coffee to boot. My husband & I were in town for the weekend to enjoy some time away for our anniversary. We spent majority of our time on the back patio & hot tub area. The weather was very cold the entire time we were there, so we didn't have an opportunity to enjoy the fire pit & chairs around it or explore the property. We absolutely loved being 8 minutes from downtown. This was very convenient. Everything was exactly the way it was described online. The bed & linens were very comfortable. The bathrooms were even stocked with most of anything you might need while away from home. We loved the keyless entry so we didn't have to keep up with a key. The neighborhood was very quiet which only added to our relaxation while at the house. The owner had a binder with so many recommendations for food & things to do. Most places don't do that & since this was our first time in Hot Springs, it was very helplful. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions prior to our arrival & made sure we knew that we could get ahold of her throughout our visit if we needed her. I only wish the owner had more homes to rent all over. My husband & I will be back next year!!
