Massive house in a lovely area with a decent amount of land to go with it. We saw deer on the property one of the days.All amenities present that you would expect and all the cooking utensils required. Bed was super comfy and shower was fine.Good place from which to explore hot springs and the state parks which we did plentifully.

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay and we wish we had a few more days to stay there! Kids loved the hot tub and it’s in a great location. Would love to stay here again!

This place is great. It is spacious and has a large back yard which my dog enjoyed. There are games and sports equipment to enjoy. I was especially please with how the owners quickly followed up on a major issue that happen the second day of our visit. The main water line rupture across the street and consequently it affected the house. We were scheduled to walk one of the numerous trails that morning and they followed up with the city and notified us when it was repaired. By the time we came back from lunch the line was repaired.

This was a wonderful location for our spring break getaway! We loved the hot tub, large yard space, and games. The proximity to Hot Springs National Park and Lake Catharine made its easy to enjoy some hiking.

My husband and I took a weekend getaway in Hot Springs for our anniversary and this place was perfect! The backyard was very large for our dogs to run and the hot tub was a great addition! Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay, quiet neighborhood where we could relax and enjoy the quiet. Contact with our host was great as well. We hope to stay another time!

The location was perfect; close to everything we wanted to see and do, but private enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Hope to visit again!

This was a perfect place for our family to stay while we explored the area. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were all comfy. And the back yard was a wonderful place for the kids to explore and play.If we come back to the area we would love to stay again.

The rental was perfect for a quick getaway with proximity to parks, museums and hot springs. Owners provided very clear instructions for everything around the house.

Everything was excellent, in particular the hosts. I doubt anyone could find a better a better place to stay in Hot Springs if they have dogs.

Such a relaxing, beautiful home in a quiet but convenient location. The backyard was a perfect space for our dog. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day of sightseeing. The kids really enjoyed the selection of books & board games. We hope to stay here again if we return to Hot Springs.

Spacious and well maintained home with a huge backyard that our dogs loved. The house was well stocked with basics and had tons of games and outdoor activities. Excellent location away from the hustle and bustle but only about 10 minutes away from many popular spots. Hot tub was also well maintained and nice and warm. A great spot to relax after a long day.

My husband absolutely loved staying here! The house was comfortable and cozy and the outdoor space was fantastic. He and his cousins were delighted with the game selection! The house was perfectly located with the ease to get to town but also on the outskirts enough that it was quiet and private. Looking forward to making a return trip and hopefully staying here again. Thank you for offering such a great home away from home.

We've traveled extensively with our pups. The backyard here was by far the best for them to hang out. We also loved the neighborhood's peaceful vibes while still being within 10 minutes of everywhere (hiking, hot springs, etc.)!

Our stay was perfect! The fenced back yard for our dogs was an absolute godsend. Board game selection was top notch and there was something for everybody. Hot tub was clean and relaxing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to he back!

Enjoyable stay

We stayed for 4 nights for a family trip to hot springs. The house was very clean and private. The kids enjoyed using the hot tub every evening after a day of sightseeing.
