What a great find in Fredericksburg! This property is just far enough removed from the hustle of Main St - but close enough to walk if you wanted. Super clean and well stocked. Lovely back yard with a small gathering of deer each evening just beyond the fence. If you are a hot tea drinker, this is your place. You won’t lack for anything. Beds are comfy!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The coffee bar fully stocked with every coffee, syrup and topping you could ever wish for was definitely an unexpected surprise. We loved using the hot tub and the fire pit! We even got to see some wildlife: deer, a fox, and some neighborhood kitties. Our girls' weekend was made complete by getting ready to go to wineries and listening to an assortment of vinyl records (Beatles, Pat Green, Lyle Lovett were our favs)!! This is a COZY, beautiful and WELL-STOCKED vrbo. 10/10 recommend for families and girl's trips. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Fredericksburg.

Lovely and charming

We had a lovely two night stay. The house is charming and beautiful. It felt incredibly homey and host was wonderful! Would stay here again.

Our weekend was wonderful from beginning to end. Home is very close to the main street in Fredericksburg. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with all sorts of things you may have forgotten to bring. I don't drink coffee but let me tell you , the house was very stocked with many variations of coffee, tea's, creamers and syrup's . If games are you thing they are stocked with games. If records are your thing they have those too. We did not cook as we were on a weekend break, however if you want to cook , the kitchen has everything you would need. If you forgot soap, they have it, if you have heartburn they have you covered ,if you need wet wipes they have it. Just a lovely home. We had a party of four and it was perfect. WE did not use the back yard but it looked very inviting, there is even a table and chairs under a covered area if you want to play games outside. I like to wear a lot of white and the chairs didn't look like I would sit on them in white but inviting to say the least . The front porch has rockers and a swing which was very nice. The beds were very comfortable . I would rent here again for sure.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed.

We been coming to Fredericksburg for almost 29 years and this was the best experience we’ve had anywhere.

New Years Get Away

We enjoyed out get away to Fredericksburg, the Shelby Haus is magical with the Holiday decorations and they have thought of everything you might need while there. One of the nicest places we have stayed in Fredericksburg!

Perfect Getaway

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and really enjoyed it. Just a short distance to Main Street but far enough away that it was as very quiet. Highly recommend and will definitely plan to go back.

Beautiful home + perfect for a weekend getaway!

This home was so beautifully furnished and super comfy! It had all the necessities, making it easy for my cousins and I to enjoy our weekend getaway. Our host was very friendly and super responsive. We highly recommend this home for your small family or friend getaway.

Great house and yard!

Beautiful Property

Loved the house and location! The property manager had thought of everything and was very responsive to all our questions! Very clean and beautifully decorated! Will definitely want to return and stay here again when traveling to this area!

Enjoyed our stay

The house was very clean and well stocked and organized. This place is a great place for either just adults or family. Location was pretty close to downtown and wineries. I will definitely return back to this location when we visit again. Thanks for everything!
