This is a wonderful place to stay at. The house is incredibly generous with staples everything and anything you would need in the kitchen answers right away if there’s any issues and the place was spotless looking forward to renting in the future.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home! We really enjoyed spending time on the deck and sitting by the lake for sunset. The pool and common game room was a big perk for my kids! Was really convenient to be in a central location close to both Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Would love to stay again in the future.

This unit in Wells, Maine is exceptionally convenient in terms of location, variety of amenities and location within the community! It is especially good if you have kids in your group. The area of Wells and Ogunquit is absolutely wonderful with the beach three mins away, restaurants within a couple miles, plenty of shopping areas and lots of sights as well. The unit itself has literally every amenity you could need and the host, Kerri responds to ALL messages promptly! I can’t recommend this unit highly enough and we will 100% return in the future.

Great location!

We’ve frequented this rental for a few years now and always have a blast! The property is great, well maintained and communication with host is easy. Great access to beach’s and town hot spots but my kids especially love the pool!

Great Spot!!

This is our second year staying here and both stays have been great. You really can’t beat this location! Our kids love the pool access, and the property itself is really well maintained and cleaned!

We felt that the property was situated close to good restaurants, great beaches and other areas for entertainment such as mini golf etc Though we didn't use the pool, one could tell that it was a good spot for relaxing .Perfect pool for young children.

Wonderful property in a great location

We enjoyed our 5-night stay in Kerri and Matt’s beautiful property. A great location, just a short drive from town, beach, Ogunquit Lobster Pound, and Big Daddy’s. The condo was immaculate and had plenty of space for all 6 people in our party. I would gladly rent from Kerri and Matt again!

Another great stay in Wells!

This was our second stay at the condo and it was another great Maine vacation. We love the location of this property as it’s close the Ogunquit village, many beaches and restaurants. The owner is great, always available and responsive as needed.

Long weekend in Maine

We had a great stay! Very clean, spacious and Kerri was extremely helpful and responsive when we had questions. Quick ride to the beach and my daughters loved the pool.

Great stay for families

My family of 5 was very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay! The unit was as described and pictured. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which was not very busy - they often had it to themselves (we were there on weekdays in late June). Great location for visiting nearby towns along the coast.

Beach trip!

The property was amazing! It was perfect for our family of four plus plus my parents. We loved the view off the deck and having the swimming pool and ability to rent kayaks right next store.

We just had another wonderful time at Kerri’s property in Wells. The location is amazing as it sits between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. There are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby and the pool at the property is perfect when your kiddos need a little break from the beach. Additionally, the property is spacious and it’s equipped with fun board games and a ton of kitchen supplies that one would need to cook. We’re excited for our trip next year!!
