Another Girls Weekend in Wells!

This is our second year staying in this home for our girl's weekend and we had a lovely time. Plenty of space for the seven of us and we already can't wait for next year. Richard is very communicative and answers questions promptly. He was very helpful after we realized we left something behind. Big tables for game days and nights. We also took advantage of the puzzles available in the house. As other reviewers mentioned, we would love having a property info guide. We spent quite some time trying to figure out the TV and speakers in the family room (and never figured out the speakers). It was a cold and snowy weekend and the fireplace was easy to use. Kitchen is well stocked (but bring a cocktail shaker)! You will not regret a stay at this gorgeous beach house!! Final note: My bed was very comfy but those who slept in the bunk beds this year and last found them to be very uncomfortable. I'm sure they are fine for kids but not so much for adults.

Parents 62nd Anniversary Family Time

Our parents love Wells Beach. We grew up vacationing here for many summers. The house was perfect! We spent most of our time in the spacious living area upstairs! The decor was inviting with plenty of room for all to gather. We enjoyed the propane fireplace and the large dining table. What we didn’t expect was all the ocean views from many rooms in the house! We are planning to return this fall for a longer stay!

Very comfortable

Stayed in January the off season so the area was really quiet and most shops were shut down. We had all we needed in the house. We were very comfortable. The fireplace was was warm and a joy to sit by. We absolutely had no complaints at any time during our 7 day stay. We would all like to come back in the summertime.

Everything was clened a perfectly decorated. You a find anything that you needed.I had only one complaint about the shower, it wasn't fixed in our stayed.

Family holiday gathering

We had a wonderful time in this “big ole house” It was well appointed with everything we could want, from comfy beds, plenty of space to unwind, lovey water views, well equipped kitchen, cozy family living room with a fireplace, plenty of bathrooms and a table long enough to accommodate our marathon Dominoes game. We brought festive decorations for this holiday getaway, but I can just imagine how lovely it is in the summer. Looking forward to returning!

Perfect Weekend Away

Wow this house has more living area than we expected! Would be a wonderful place to host a holiday. Our group of 8 enjoyed the open concept space, walks on the beach, puzzles and games. Accessing the home was easy, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location!

Spent several days here as part of a trip across the east coast with family and this house was perfect for our group both in size and the amazing location. The walk across the street to the beach was so easy and the peek-a-boo views from the front of the house to the ocean were lovely.

Wells Beach Stay

Great long weekend in perfect house for my family. Property management were very responsive to any questions we regarding the home. Its location was right across the street from the beach and a quick walk to shops by the beach.

Amazing! Perfect for Large family

House was perfect. Thoughtful note and gift made us feel welcome. House is exceptionally arranged for large gathering. With five bedrooms and three family rooms, everyone could enjoy stepping away or visiting w smaller groups. Although not traveling with all of our adult daughters (5) and their families, we’re already thinking of a return visit. House is located perfectly to cross the street and enjoy the beach.and convenient to shopping and necessities. Can’t wait to return!
