If you are looking for one of the best Wells Beach locations available, than look no farther. Our two bedroom home sleeps six and is right on Wells Beach. The home features unobstructed 180 degree ocean views and door to beach access. Wake up at the ocean each day of your well earned vacation. The sun drenched patio sits right at the edge of the beach. Catch some rays on the sand or just hang out on the huge patio. If you need a little less sun, move up to the covered porch and watch the waves with a cocktail in hand. The entire interior of this home was updated in the early 2000's (no circa 1920 beach house interior at this beach house). All the conceivable amenities of the perfect beach house come with this home. A 1/2 bathroom upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs makes the living experience as convenient as it gets. TV's in the bedrooms as well as the main living area add to the relaxing atmosphere. Parking, while a huge problem for those in 1 parking spot beach houses, is not an issue here. Park upwards of 5 cars if needed. You work hard for 51 weeks of the year. Treat yourself to one of the best Wells Beach experiences conceivable. Stay right at the beach. (All stays contingent on receipt of signed rental agreement)

Wells Beach

The home is very clean and has an amazing covered patio where we enjoyed watching the waves as they come in! We ate meals in and had everything we needed. It was a fabulous family getaway.

Clean, well equipped in superb location

This property was perfect for a getaway with 3 adults. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathrooms are renovated. The balconies, the patio on the beach are perfect and the view and location could not be better. Could be tight for 6 people but depends on people’s needs.

Nice little spot on the beach

Very nice little cottage right on the beach. In proximity to many stores, activities, but you don't need to go anywhere when you have the beach right outside the door.

We felt right at home!

This is a beautiful, charming Beach House. We found it to be warm and welcoming, and we loved our stay. David was easy to communicate with and quickly answered any questions we had. The ocean views and beach access were absolutely amazing.

Perfect spot on the beach!

Great beach front rental

We really enjoyed this rental. The pictures and description were accurate. It’s a small house but does sleep 8 if 4 sleep on the pull out sofas. And the first floor layout is open and spacious. The owner was responsive with questions we had. Note that you have to bring your own sheets and towels.

Great location

Loved the view and the ability to walk out onto the beach so easily. Easy walk up to a few shops that were luckily still open in October. Good shower - plenty of hot water and water pressure. Very well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful Property

The property itself was beautiful. However, upon arrival we took 2 hours to clean up ourselves. And we had to wash sheets and comforter. We went off season, so everything was closed but it was really beautiful and relaxing. I would come back and rent this house again.

Maine beach house

This house is amazing! It is right on the beach in Wells and we spent much of our time enjoying the ocean from the covered porch when we weren’t walking and playing on the beach with grandkids. Our family of five adults and two young children had an absolutely wonderful time. David was great to work with and the house had everything we needed for meals, beach chairs and toys for kids. Hoping to return next year!

Most Amazing Beachouse

I could not have asked for a better vacation home for our family trip. We have been going to Wells for years and we decided to book this house this year for convenience of both location and parking and it certainly did not disappoint! Right on the beach and walking distance to everything. 5 Star for sure! Highly recommended!!

Doesn’t get much better than this. Atlantic Ocean at your doorstep with fresh sea breezes to inhale. Cute, quaint New England town. If you rent here, please, read the rental agreement from top to bottom. There are a couple of things you’d think were included but aren’t.

Wells Beach weekend get away

We booked the seaside house for a late October weekend get away and by chance the weather was perfect with high’s in the 70’s the entire three days. Accordingly we were able to spend time on the beach enjoying the weather with the house just feet from the water at high tide. The house itself was clean and comfortable. The beach side deck and furniture need some care. We found the chair and couch pillows stained. I’m sure the patio furniture suffers lots of wear given the location but even more the reason to replace the pillow’s frequently. On another note, we take long weekends such as this about three times a year in similar small homes along the Maine coast. This was the first time that a house we rented was devoid of linens, towels, bath mat and basic amenities to feel welcomed. We found ourselves heading over to Reny’s to buy the necessary items needed for the weekend. It was and is stated in the lease agreement but I failed to read the contract thoroughly. In spite of the inconvenience I would highly recommend a stay.

Excellent house for a week on the beach

This place was amazing!!!! The house is right on the beach and far enough away from both ends (public end and the jetty end) that you essentially have a private beach right out the back slider. There are no public access lanes on either side so you don't have people coming in and going nor often setting up on the beach behind you. Out the back slider there is both a covered deck (great when you need a little break from the sun but want to stay outside - as well as a patio off the deck which is great to lay out in without getting all sandy. Then a few steps down from that is the beach itself which was clean and again, so private. Inside the house - great layout of the main floor - great kitchen and includes just about every utensil / kitchen need you could ever ask for. Under cabinet ice maker was handy for sure! The beds were fine (make sure you bring your own bedding). Two bedrooms upstairs were fine for 2 couples and the front bedroom was large enough you could do a blow-up mattress (we saw one in the closet even but didn't use it). A small 1/2 bath upstairs was fine for us with a nice full bath and great shower on the first floor. PLENTY of parking here which was a HUGE luxury on this street. We had 4 LARGE vehicles in the driveway with no issues. EXELLENT property though for a party of 6. You can do 8 but plan on less privacy for sure.

Can’t beat this view!

My family (husband, mom, and our kids, 5, 4, and 1) all stayed at this beach house the first week in June. It was AMAZING. The house was equipped with everything you could need. Especially in the kitchen. We cooked a lot at the house, and everything was provided. Lots of beach toys, chairs, etc. Washer and dryer came in handy too. Super clean. View from the house was the best! The tide would come in and go out multiple times a day. Which would leave a giant beach to play on and walk. Tide pools were left, which the kids liked to splash in. New rocks and shells everyday on the beach, which we loved to explore. The water from the ocean was crystal and clean, beautiful water on Wells beach! The location was great. Very safe. The neighbors and people in Wells Beach were friendly. Super chill. There was a little arcade down the end of our street going into town that the kids loved. Ogunquit (7 min away) and Kennebunkport (20 min away) had tons of cute shops and restaurants. Right out of a book. There was a grocery store 3 minutes away. All in all a wonderful trip. You can’t beat the view and beach. I don’t go places twice usually for vacation, but I would 100% come back here. Loved it!

Absolutely the best

We had a wonderful stay here. You cannot beat this location. Right on the beach. The sounds and smell of the ocean right at your door. Gorgeous views. Lovely covered porch and good sized patio. Lots of room inside to gather with family. Excellent communication from host. Would highly recommend to anyone.

If you like to wake up to the ocean before you, then our home is where you need to be. Open the curtain and take in a 180 degree panoramic view of the Atlantic ocean and Wells Beach. The absolute best access to the beach and ocean. Unlike a majority of the other Wells Beach homes built in the 1920's-1970's and never updated, this home has all the bells and whistles. Updated in the early 2000's, everything in this home is fresh and clean.
