We had a problem with the sink not having hot water and the owner came right away to fix it and was very courteous. He even made sure we had reservations at the restaurant the owners of the property also own.

We stayed here on two separate trips to the area in less than a month both times the house was exactly as shown. It is a really nice place, great neighborhood, very clean, and had good parking. Beds were comfortable and we felt we had plenty of space. Would be look to stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend for those who are looking.

Comfortable for family

This is a lovely home which filled our need to have a family of 5 gather together for a relative's funeral. It was comfortable and provided what we needed. Depending on the purpose of a visit, it might be a bit far out from Des Moines proper.
