One loft bedroom condo across the street from the beach with 1 queen ,1 single and sofa bed. 2 flat screen TV's. SEE 7 NIGHT IN SEASON MINIMUM BELOW. NO LINENS PROVIDED. 5 PERSON MAXIMUM.
Three swimming pools, tennis courts and dock with fishing and kayak access. Private deck with picnic table. Located on the less crowded west end approximately 1 mile from pier and town center. Great location for biking, walking and running. Wide beach. Perfect for couples and families. Short drive to many restaurants and premier golf courses. RELAXATION at its best! SEVEN NIGHT MINIMUM FROM SATURDAY AT 3:00 PM to Saturday at 10 AM from JUNE 1 TO AUGUST 31. From September 4 to May 31 there is a TWO NIGHT MINIMUM with check in at 3:00 and checkout by 10:00.

YOU MUST PROVIDE LINENS AND TOWELS.

Beach Getaway

We were not disappointed at all! The location was ideal, right across the street from the beach. It has a private walkway to the beach which made us feel really safe and it was extremely convenient. Our host was ready to assist us in any way necessary. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. In fact, when I’m in the area again,I will take the opportunity to stay at our Beach Getaway again!

Wonderful property across from the beach

Very nice condo, well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture and bed. So convenient to pool and beach. Owner was so good at communicating during the storm last week.

Great Place

This is our third year staying at this property! The location is great and the owner is great at communicating with us. The condo is clean and has everything you need to have an amazing stay at the beach. We will absolutely be back!

Ocean isle

The condo location was perfect. I had to clean the bathroom to use it. There was black mold in shower everywhere. The toilet had black in it. The shower was clogged with a ton of hair and the plug would not stay open. There was a receipt under the open vanity from 2023 The light bulbs were burned out in the laundry room and upstairs. The living room furniture had food all under it and around it. We had to move the furniture and run the sweeper I got bites on ankles and thighs every time I sat in the living room. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and top of refrigerator. It is a beautiful condo but the cleaning staff needs revamped.

Great place to stay

My husband and I love staying here. It feels like home to us. Always have great communication with Wayne the property owner. Easy to find and just one row back but still able to see the beach. Always enjoying our week stay and will continue for years to come to stay here. We love coming to ocean isle beach!

Great location!!!

This condo was perfect for my 13 year old daughter and myself. It was right across the street from the beach so we could walk there 2 or 3 times a day. The owner was very good with communication and answered my questions very quickly. The condo was clean and the beds were comfy! We will probably book this condo for our beach trip next year.

We have been coming to OIB for 33 years. We originally stayed in the unit directly across the walkway from where we just stayed. The original was nice, but for the second year in a row , this unit was absolutely perfect. It has EVERYTHING a vacationer needs including a Keurig coffee maker, all the cooking utensils and dishes to eat from that one would possibly need. Having a washer and dryer is always a plus and this set appeared new and very efficient. But…..the very best feature of this unit is it’s location. You can see the water from the deck and it’s a very short walk across the street and onto the beach! We loved our week and without a doubt, we plan to be back next year!

Week away for restoration!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect! A great bed to sleep in! Clean! Minutes to the beach! Wayne is immediately responds with any concerns. This is our 4th time staying at Wayne’s property. Would highly recommend!!

Enjoyable weekend visit

We came to OIB to learn about the area. Our property manager was great to help. Wayne offered us some good suggestions for enjoying the local beaches and surrounding communities. His condo was right across the road from the beach. Getting to the beach was easy and a short walk. We enjoyed the beach walks. Traffic was light during our stay, so we had no issues getting around the area.

Condo comfortable. Stairs to beadroom are steep, narrow, difficult to navigate. Streaming TV / internet out on Saturday. Moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker. Overall just ok.

Great time!

The place is perfect for my husband & I. We like to come to Ocean Isle for the “Fall Brawl” fishing tournament. This was our second time here. Everything was clean and we had great weather. The owner was easy to get in touch with.

Cute place in a great location!
