SEPTEMBER 7-11 DEALS! Oceanfront Condo, Sleeps 4, Close to Everything!
This Ocean Front condo underwent a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation in 2019 and has all new paint and decor as of January 2023! The white, all wood cabinetry and the quartz countertops brighten up the condo! There is also ample storage in the pantry with pull out drawers. And all kitchen appliances are new as of 2018. We updated to a tankless water heater in 2019 so there is no fear of running out of hot water. It also allows for lots of storage in the bathroom.
It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities of home. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on your private deck with a fantastic ocean and pier view. This unit also has a terrific view of the pool and is very close to the beach access. And because OIB faces south you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset on the private deck. Staying at OC110 over July 4th also offers you a front row seat to the fireworks display that takes place at the pier next door.
The master suite features a queen bed with foam topper and a whirlpool tub with ceramic tile surround. There is a bunk nook that is perfect for the kids. Please remember that sheets and towels are not provided. There is beautiful tile throughout the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. Within walking distance to restaurants, pier, arcade, mini-golf, playground, museum and shops. Outdoor concerts within walking distance on Friday evenings from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Non-smoking and no pets allowed.

Great stay overall. The place was very clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the pier and main strip. My family and I had a blast and would definitely come back.

Our first visit to Ocean Isle Beach was great. The condo was clean, close to the beach and within walking distance to several restaurants and stores. The condo was the perfect size for me and my husband.

The place was clean and had everything I needed n the kitchen! Jennifer (The Host) was amazing, anytime I sent her a message she responded within seconds! The view was beautiful, me and my daughter enjoyed our stay and we will be back again!

Great location, very clean, beautiful view from the porch, just perfect for a weekend away! The owner was extremely welcoming and responsive when I had a question. Highly recommend!!!

Great room and location. Loved the parking and ocean front view. So thankful I was able to speak with someone about air conditioning and quickly get it resolved. Super nice and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great location for family
Great location and a great place for families. The condo is very nice, updated and clean. Had a great time with great places to eat and fun things to do.

Great vacation
What a perfect little oasis on the beach! We absolutely loved the view and quick walk to the beach. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was perfect! Will definitely book again!

This was our second time staying here and still LOVE everything about it! Being able to walk out onto the beach is everything, especially little kids. Highly recommend!

My husband David and I, along with our good friends Rodney and Lisa Morgan, purchased this condo in May 2012. We have been vacationing in Ocean Isle Beach for years and own a home in Island Park (466749), which is also a rental. We absolutely love the location of Ocean Cove 110 and its easy access to the beach. There's nothing quite like sitting on the deck and enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean!
We are hands on owners that work hard to have a clean and comfortable condo for our renters. All renters have our cell phone numbers should they need to reach us for any reason. We understand this is YOUR vacation and we want you to have all the comforts of home so all you need to worry about is enjoying the beach!

The location of this condo is the best on the island! You can park your car and not move it all week. Not only are you steps away from the sand, you can walk to the pier, restaurants, shops, ice cream, playground, the museum and so much more.

It has a newly renovated kitchen and bathroom as of January 2019. It is an ideal location if vacationing with children. Can quickly get back to the condo from the beach for lunch, naps or potty breaks. And you can sit on the balcony enjoying a cold beverage while the kids play in the pool. You are also close to the museum where the free Summer Concert Series occurs every Friday at 6:30pm between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
