The Salt Tee Cottage - Golf & Beach minutes away!
Welcome to the Salt Tee Cottage- just mintues away from Ocean Isle Beach and Sunset Beach! Keep things coastal while you stay at this peaceful and centrally-located home. With beaches, restaurants, parks, and golf in ever direction...you will be able to enjoy a laid back vacation or keep the family busy!
This home is brand NEW and has been tastefully decorated to fit our Salt Tee theme! As you enter the home you will make your way into the large living space. A huge sectional couch, board games, and SmartTV make this a great place for everyone to hang out. This space is open to the fully loaded kitchen and has an oversized peninsula with bar seating and all your kitchen needs!!
The primary bedroom has our SALT. This spacious room has our coastal feel with 2 Queen Beds, SmartTV, and an Ensuite. The ensuite has a large double vanity and walk-in shower. Our TEE is showed off in our secondary bedroom with a golf theme, two twin beds, and SmartTV. Down the hall there is another full bathroom, storage with some beach essentials, and a laundry room.
Outside there is plenty of parking and spaces to enjoy in the front and back! The front porch is a great place to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. In the backyard you find a nice patio with seating, a firepit, and BBQ!! Its a great place to relax and cook up some dinner after a long day at the beach will the kids or pets run around.
We look forward to hosting you at the Salt Tee Cottage! We take pride in providing a 5 Star Experience- we are here to make sure your vacation is easy and enjoyable!

Fantastic stay, we were only minutes from great dining and the beach! The unit is situated on a quiet, dead end street with little to no traffic. The unit is very clean and well laid out with the essentials provided. We look forward to booking again!

Very nice location short drive to local shops and food and the ocean is minutes away. Great house. Very clean. Kid friendly, pet friendly. I’m disabled and the walk in shower was perfect. My little girls, 9&6, had a great time with lots to do and see.

Everything was great. Very clean, nicely decorated, well maintained. Host communication reply was quick and friendly. Perfect for our family of 4. Convenient to beaches and shopping. We would definitely book here again!

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed here and once again has 0 issues. Location is great and the hosts have a great property and all the things you need for the beach! This was hassle free and as easy as can be.

The property was clean and well maintained. Perfect for families. My family and were very comfortable there, we would definitely stay there in the future.

We greatly enjoyed our time at the cottage. It was super clean which we appreciated. It was just a few minute drive to get to the beach and some yummy restaurants and shopping. I was a little surprised when we arrived that the house was across the street from an abandoned home, and trailers etc. But all in all, the area was very quiet and it was a non issue. It was a perfect stay in an adorable home!

Location and price were perfect.
Quiet streets. Shady walks.
Beaches all so close by.

House was in a great location and very clean. Loved the layout of the house. It had everything we needed and was pet friendly. One of our favorite places we’ve stayed and we’ve been coming to Sunset/ Ocean Isle for 15 years. We can’t wait to stay here again!

This was perfect house for our in between as we were awaiting the closing on our house in Longs SC. My husband and son love going to the Ocean Isle Beaches several days, and we enjoyed the weekends in Sunset Beach. The house had many games, and had towels that we were able to use as well.

This nice cottage was on a quiet street, conveniently located near Ocean Isle Beach, grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants.Definitely the cleanest VRBO I have stayed. Nice, clean kitchen and bathrooms with excellent water pressure!!! We appreciated the Pet friendly aspect, as well.

This property is a gem! New, well-decorated, well-appointed in a safe community within a short drive to the beach. The host, Max, was fantastic. We plan to stay here again!

Cute place on a small quiet street which I liked because I traveled with kids/dog. The location is convenient to all things Ocean Isle & Sunset Beach.The hosts were very fast in responding to my messages. Thank you for a great mini-vacation at this home.

We enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend it to others! Close to both OIB and Sunset Beach. There is plenty of golfing if you prefer to hit the links. The host I great and provided near immediate answers to any questions we had!

Quick Ocean getaway
The property was great. It offered exactly the right amount of space for two children, and our two golden retrievers. The property manager did an excellent job of communication and took care of all of our needs promptly.

This house is amazing. It’s very well maintained and very clean. The hosts communicated effectively with me and answers my texts within 20 minutes. The property is centrally located between sunset Beach and Ocean Island Beach. It is also located within about 30 minutes from South Myrtle Beach and about 25 minutes from North Myrtle Beach. The check-in process is very easy and the checkout process is just as easy. I highly recommend this Home if you are considering going on a vacation that is less commercialized and more family oriented. It is very quiet neighborhood. The best part I was able to bring my dog. Highly recommend!
