First class accommodations that will not disappoint. Beautifully kept and tastefully decorated 4 bedroom one floor Pool Home just 7 miles from Disney. Home has no rear neighbors and have a beautiful view over the small lake. BBQ (rental) on the desk while watching the sun set. Wireless Internet, US and Canadian long distance and satellite TV is included.
Pool heat is included weather permitting.

Great villa in a fantastic location. 30 mins from airport and 25 mins to the Disney parks, super convenient.Property was very spacious and clean.

Nice property in a location with a beautiful view over the lake, ideal for sunsets in the evening from the pool deck.Inside of the property felt very homely and not too clinical which was good. Outside could do with a couple of touch ups (hose storage and new sun loungers) but the pool was nice and plenty of sun to be had most of the day.

Great location, got to watch the sunset from the pool every night. Lots of turtles and birds in the lake to watch too. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Got to meet the neighbourhood cat which was a definite bonus! Would definitely book here again.

Everything was as advertised. The kitchen/bathroom/laundry was stocked with some essentials before we arrived. The host was quick to answer any questions that we had. My family really enjoyed staying here and I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing accommodations in the area.

Nice spacious home with comfortable beds. The pool was nice and we enjoyed the little lake out back. The only additions I’d love to see would be a BBQ grill and some beach/pool towels. The owner did leave information on how to rent a grill but I felt it was too costly for only wanting to grill a couple meals. We would definitely stay here again.

620 Eagle Pointe was the best villa choice for our stay in Kissimmee. Easy check in and great communication with the host. It is situated perfectly within close proximity of all the tourist attractions and restaurants. The Villa was exceptionally clean and offered all the amenities that was required. The pool was absolute bliss attracting the sun all day perfect for sunbathing and taking a dip. All the rooms had very comfortable beds, plenty of clothes storage which was helpful when you go on a shopping spree. The kitchen had all the utensils and what you needed to cook up a lovely meal if you didn't fancy eating out. The TV was had access to Netflix and other streaming platforms which was a bonus. The only thing that would have made our stay even more perfect was a outside BBQ Grill however except this minor thing we had a wonderful time staying at Eagle Pointe and it was paradise for us :) Highly recommended for any families or friends wanting to stay in Kissimmee.

Great villa that lives up to its name! The whole booking process was really smooth, and communication with the owner before and during the stay was prompt and professional. The villa itself is lovely, plenty of space for a family and great views over the pool and lake. The location was perfect for our needs being around 25 mins from Disney and around an hour and a half to the coast. Thoroughly recommend, and we can’t wait to stay here again soon!

Gorgeous family holiday

Wonderful property, amazing pool and view. Felt very comfortable from day 1, with everything we needed. Contact prompt and supportive. Easy and good 'check in' and security etc. Really lovely, would recommended and would stay again, thank you!

Home from Home.

Good Location. Very peaceful, lovely private pool overlooking lake. New kitchen appliances made everything easy to use. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

The pictures and descriptions are accurate and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies for our family of six. There could be additional time spent cleaning outdoor chairs and some cobwebs throughout. If the weather was a little warmer we would have enjoyed the pool more but the pool heater did allow us to swim on some chilly days. Overall a nice place for family and close to Disney and other entertainment.

Beautiful House in Convenient Location

Great house as described. 20-minutes from each of the Disney World lands. Wonderful pool with pool toys for littles. Very responsive owner. We had a great stay!

Paradise found

House was clean & comfortable. Everything there that one could need. Pool clean and comfortably warm with pool heat added by this renter. Owner contact was efficient & the local house manager was very pleasant & accommodating.

Great house close to all Disney Parks.

We came on a family Christmas vacation to go to Disney. It was our first visit. We really enjoyed our stay.Nice outdoor area with pool. It was very relaxing in the morning. A nice lake view.The kids were very excited to see lots of turtles, ducks and birds.
