Great stay. Lovely clean, quiet villa, with relaxing lake view. Just what we needed for a bit of R&R. Excellent communication with host. Close to everything we needed. Would happily stay again.

the water coming out of the TAPS in this house was not fit for human use. It had a horrible smell like sewage and indeed, there was a boil water notice posted only on the very last page of a binder full of all kinds of info about sightseeing, restaurants, etc. My cousin actually took two sips of water from the tap when we first arrived and was sick to his stomach the rest of the night. It seems there should have been a much more visible notice near the water sources to warn us about that. There are six beds in this house. Not one of them was comfortable for me. I was in so much pain, progressively, night after night that I was nearly unable to stand and walk by the third night. I'm now facing the fourth night and and fit to be tied, knowing that is going to be another painful, sleepless night for me. The house sits on a swamp or cesspool, with what looks like human waste flotsam floating in it, and the smell coming off it is ghastly. The streets in the neighborhood are so heavily lined with resident's parked cars that I had to do it at six-point turn just to pull into the driveway and every turn is a blind accident waiting to happen. The house is close to Disney World which is why we rented it. The pool is lovely and the house is large, spacious, well appointed, and nice inside.

Thank you for your positive comments regarding the location, pool, size, amenities and overall facilities. The property is located close to a pond, which is quite normal in Florida, due to the geographical characteristics of the land. At times, car parking can be busy, but you should always be able to gain access to the double fronted garage and drive. With regard to the tap water, there may be rare occasions when local authorities advise on boiling tap water but this is not in any way related to the pond.

Great stay

We had a great stay house was clean and had everything we needed enjoyed having the pool. We stayed 11 days and it had everything we needed for the long stay will definitely stay again

Great stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The place was very spacious and had all we needed to make our vacation fun. The owner was very nice and accommodating. I recommend this vacation home to all that's looking for a great place to stay while on vacation.

Great property.

The property was in a good location, quite, relaxing and lovely views over the lake at the back. Very spacious, clean, nice pool which we paid to have heated (used every day). We would highly recommend this property!!!!

Great location

Property was clean nices room and pool was nices for kids to play in is great for family and friends. Will came back next year.

Lovely villa and great location

Well impressed with Michael's villa everything required was in the villa great pool looking out to lake with abundance of wildlife,great location short drive to restaurants supermarket etc Would definitely recommend to anyone. Michael the owner very helpful and is quick response to any questions
