Great host! Very clean, good wifi, 2 bathrooms. Located in family oriented neighborhood close to the Capitol. Very close to the bus stop which can get you to the metro and you can visit all the sites in DC. A great place for a family.Will, the host, is a great communicator. Defiantly would come back

We booked this last minute to break up our trip back from the beach! Will was helpful and very fast at communicating when I had a question. Space was very clean and organized and modern. When we visit again we plan to stay here as it’s close to everything!

Had everything we needed and was great but the best part is the location. On a beautiful street on Capitol Hill, easy walk to everything. We were hardly in the apartment at all, just to sleep.

This place was great for our stay. It is conveniently located near Capital Hill and our host was wonderful. He even went out to grab a replacement air mattress which was very appreciated. I highly recommend this listing!

The communication with the owner was easy and accurate. The only thing i will note is that the parking can be a challenge but not something that is not insurmountable. Nice place, quiet and convenient to local convenience stores and the DC mall. We would definitely stay here again.

kitchen had everything we needed utensils cups and even basic seasonings . Toys for the kids was an added bonus . laundry was convenient also . Clean and good proximity to national mall and monuments . host was very responsive

Great location within walking distance to the Capitol and Smithsonian Museums

My wife, father, sister and I had a great stay. DC has so much to do and see and it is all within a mile or 2 from this lodging.

Excellent amenities for family stay in amazing location. Easy walk to Capitol and Union Station through quaint neighborhood. Three private bedrooms, full kitchen and laundry, and 1.5 bath was perfect for our group of 5. Did not even use additional sofa bed in living room. Very clean, safe, and easy to navigate instructions. Will stay again.

Short long weekend in Dc

The place is exactly as pictured. It is a short walk away from a lot. Do not plan on parking car and leaving in neighborhood during the weekday you will need a parking pass or take your car with you. Great coffee shop just a very short walk away. Felt safe every where we walked and when coming and going
