We booked this stay to have access to the Nationals baseball stadium and to be close to the national zoo. When we arrived we gained access to the VRBO easily with the door code system. The house accommodated four of us easily and the beds were very comfortable & each had a bathroom nearby. The neighborhood was easy to the Metro and the neighbors were friendly! When we checked out, it was probably the easiest process of any VRBO that we've stayed at recently. When we return to Washington DC, we would stay here again!

Hudson and his guests were ok, not very communicative and did not follow all of the checkout instructions but they did leave the house in relatively good condition.

BEAUTIFUL home, incredible artwork and very close to RFK Festival Grounds and all the other major attractions DC has to offer (that’s why we were down there) Lavon was an amazing host! Very accommodating, very good with communication and helping with anything we were curious about! We will absolutely be staying again!

Amazing experience and an incredible host. I want to stay here every time I come to DC now. Host left no stone unturned when it came to amenities and accommodations. So appreciative!!! Plus neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and full of rich history.

Beautiful little house! The decor was interesting and colorful. The beds were very comfortable and there was room in the living area for everyone to sit comfortably. The kitchen was well appointed. Parking was easy and it was a quick little walk to the metro. Very nice!

Great host and very well kept property

We stayed with our family. Place was well kept and decorated. It has everything we needed and could ask for. I highly recommend. Lavon was a great host, very responsive.

Beautiful Location

Booked to attend a nearby conference. This is such a beautiful property. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the space is so peaceful and welcoming. The host is incredibly responsive and left great recommendations of food to try. She really thought of everything to have a comfortable relaxing stay.

What an adorable and comfy home! We had everything we needed to cook meals and the outdoor spaces were awesome for hanging out. We loved the arts and craft supplies the host provided, the bath/soaking supplies at the end of a long day of walking, and the beautiful artwork around the home was a real treat. The neighbors and neighborhood were quiet and friendly. I hope to be back in DC soon and will absolutely try to book this home again.

Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Loved the gas stove. Had a minor issue with leak under sink. Host handled immediately very comfortable

Washington DC's little Utopia

Such a beautiful and peaceful residence. Clean, comfortable.....home from home and reasonably priced. The owner certainly put her heart and soul into creating this warm and inviting space. She thought of everything you could possibly need and more. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and walking distance totosome cultural gems..

At home in DC

Clean, comfortable quiet neighborhood. Close to metro bus line and subway. Over night street parking as well as private parking on site. Full kitchen. Great host. Will recommend to other family members and friends.

Amenities Galore!

Host thought of EVERYTHING. There was shampoo/conditioner/body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, razors, feminine products, bandaids, ear plugs, books, board games, etcetera!!! She left us metro cards, recommendations of all sorts if things. We were well taken care of. 10/10
