Gorgeous Townhouse in downtown Nashville's hottest new neighborhood, The Nations! There are tons of cool things to do in the Nations (restaurants, breweries, coffee houses, parks, shopping, etc) . Also, you are a little less than 4 miles away from all that Downtown Nashville has to offer- Ryman Auditorium, Honky Tonks on Broadway, trendy East Nashville, Ascend Amphitheater, Nissan Stadium, Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena & lots of other great stuff this amazing city has to offer!
The space
Practically new, modern townhouse with all the bells and whistles! - High Speed internet / Wifi, 50 inch Smart TV, Large (super) comfy beds, full kitchen w granite throughout, desk & work space, plenty of parking, and extra essentials like clean towels, wash clothes, sheets, pillows, etc.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home. **Sorry the pool is off limits to all non-home owners.
Other things to note
We want you to enjoy yourselves but this is a "quiet" Townhouse complex so please be mindful of the neighbors around you. My husband and I both live here in the city so we are available, if needed. :) **The Pool onsite in the community is strictly off limits and can not be entered when closed, per legal guidelines. Anyone caught trying to enter the pool will be asked to leave the property immediately.
