This modern build is located in central Nashville. With 3 stories and over 1,700 Sq Ft of space, this home is perfect for large groups of friends, families, bachelor/bachelorette parties, couples, etc.

- On the weekends I have a 2 night FRIDAY/SATURDAY night minimum.

- Early check in optional for a fee, must be discussed before hand and agree to terms.

- I am open to dogs, but must meet requirements, please disclose of any pets before hand and we can decide if they meet the requirements. Thank you/ $100 non refundable pet fee.

- The home does have outside surveillance. Great for the owners and the guests.

The layout: The first floor welcomes you to a wide open kitchen and living area with a queen size fold down couch(2 ppl) and a large sectional sofa. The second floor has 1 queen size bed(2 ppl) and 1 queen size bunk bed(4 ppl). The third floor has another queen size bunk(4 ppl) and a sofa that transforms into a king size sleeper. There is also a queen size air mattress as well! The downstairs back door leads you to a large 12x17 ft. back deck with seating and a grill. Large backyard for pets and throwing the football if wanted. The third floor has a fridge and a rooftop patio with lounge seating for beautiful sunny days. The home is 2.4 miles to downtown and is just minutes from the interstate. Get to downtown, midtown, the gulch, trendy 12th south and all the best restaurants in just MINUTES! $7-$10 Uber to most places. Buchanan Art District is an emerging area, and is delightfully close to the favorite areas for locals and travelers. The must-try, award winning Slim & Husky's is only a two minute walk. A quick drive will leave you in the heart of the Farmer’s Market, Germantown, Music Row, Demonbreun, the Gulch, or Downtown Nashville! Right in the midst of two prestigious universities and near the Bridgestone Arena, there is always something happening with the college community during the Fall and major sports seasons.


Just a few miles from Vanderbilt and Belmont, and a little under 3 miles from the Bridgestone Arena as well. The Nations is just 3-4 minutes away, with cool local bars and restaurants. every thing was wonderful. had multiple people in town for a wedding super convenient for a large group (10). good proximity to a good mexican restaurant and an excellent coffee shop. if the weather hadn't been 98 at night, we would've loved to take better advantage of the beautiful deck.

The house was fantastic! Very spacious and clean, very close to downtown so everything was nearby, we would definitely stay here again!

Wow! What a great stay! The place easily accommodated our group of 10 for my daughter’s 21st bday trip to Nashville. The host is amazing and so quick with responding to messages. Loved the location! Uber was easy to use to get around and reasonable 8-15. We felt so close to everything as stated in the description. We spent time at Broadway in the evenings and during the day we walked around Bicentennial Capitol Park and Nashville Farmers’ Market (highly recommend). Several times we walked to the Loading Dock for our morning coffee and enjoyed the coffee and the environment. Can’t wait to come back.

There are nails sticking up in the 3rd step down from the 3rd floor. It almost caused a bleeding foot. Also, the dishwasher was quite difficult to close

That just from the house settling over time. Which happens in every residential home that’s been built, I believe. Apologies on the foot though I am. Dishwasher just needs to plow pushed close and it clips shut. Thanks for booking

This location, for our first time visiting, is seemingly centrally located to many different locations in Nashville. The recommendations left to us by the property owner was unexpected in the best of ways. Will most definitely be visiting again, if not relocating!

This property was perfect for our needs. Clean and roomy for three couples. A short uber ride to Broadway with resturants and coffee within walking distance. Host was responsive to messages and questions. Would stay here again.

From the moment we booked until the day we checked out, this was an absolutely wonderful experience! The host was incredibly communicative, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally well-stocked. It's rare to find a rental that's truly equipped with everything you might need, but this one exceeded our expectations. There were plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and so many thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. It was obvious that the host put a lot of care into anticipating guests' needs.The house was comfortable, welcoming, and made it easy to relax and simply enjoy our trip without worrying about running out to buy basic necessities. Every detail contributed to a stress-free, enjoyable stay.If you're considering booking this property, don't hesitate—you won't be disappointed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding VRBO experience. Five stars all the way!

The house is clean, well equipped, & as advertised. The kitchen had the essentials for our needs, though we didn't cook much. We noticed plenty of spices & cooking oil. The house appeared to have ample backup supplies for soaps, paper towels, TP, towels, bedding. There's a Kroger's grocery store & a Walgreens about a mile away that were very convenient. We used the back deck a lot. The location is a quick Uber ride from Broadway. We've stayed here twice; both visits were very smooth. The house is a great value, with 3 levels to spread out & multiple bathrooms. Highly recommend.

We were a group of 11 in Nashville for my daughter’s 21st Birthday, we had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Location is close to downtown and easy to get to. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out super easy. We would definitely stay here again!
