Come enjoy our convenient, casual, clean, cozy, comfortable, charming, home close to all things Nashville.

One of those Seven C's is Convienience! 4 miles to Music Row, or to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. It’s also about 4 miles to The Country Music Hall of Fame, or Belmont University, or Vanderbilt University. The Ryman Auditorium (the mother church of country music) is also, just about 4 miles, along with Bridgestone Arena, or The Airport.

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, Seven C's Cottage is surprisingly close to all major interstates, including I-40, I-65, and I-24.

Everything was great! Very charming home with all necessities needed for our quick weekend trip. The owners are so nice and even reached out to say we could check in early. Very conveniently located to airport, downtown, stadiums. Will definitely stay here again when back in Nashville.

An absolutely lovely 2 bedroom cottage! Jim and Tina were great hosts and have provided everything their guests could possibly need for an extended stay. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return for our next Nashville vacation. Thank you!

The house is very clean and so nice. The owners have everything needed while you’er away from home. The neighborhood is very quiet and the drive is easy to the big town of Nashville. Jim is so kind and respectful of your time there but happy to help if you have questions. Our stay was just wonderful: comfortable furniture and beds. The place was perfectly relaxing for my husband and I! Thanks Jim and Tina for creating a nice place for visitors to stay.

This is a cute little cottage in a quiet neighborhood. It is pretty close to downtown and other attractions. The house was comfortable and the hosts friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville. The hosts are wonderful! They made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for being close to anything you might need.. restaurants and entertainment. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We will certainly stay there again when we visit Nashville.

If you are going to Nashville, you won't find a better place to stay, Jim and Tina provide a laid back, clean, quiet, totally personal environment to spend your visit. Great cottage, full of their own eclectic furnishings and accessories, and you will lack for nothing to make your stay comfortable. If I come back to Nashville, I know where I will stay again! This was the best home away from home that we have ever been to! Jim and Tina couldn’t have been more helpful. The communication was superb. The amenities were exceptional. We will definitely stay there again and again. I just can’t say enough good things about the hosts or the property. Thanks again for making our stay feel like home!!!

What a WONDERFUL experience! The house is great, but it's the hosts! We had trouble with the oven, and they brought us pizza! Jim gave us a mini-concert, too. Like visiting the Nashville club scene without leaving home! Only there 3 nights and they made us feel like family. All the best things that a VRBO can be!Tip - If you're going into downtown Nashville, we recommend using a rideshare service. We drove and the parking was - more than a rideshare by far!

This is a fantastic property and is perfect for any stay in Nashville. Quiet, out of the way neighborhood but still convenient to most attractions in the area. Had a great evening hanging out with the owners and can't wait for a return trip!

Jim and Tina are BEYOND amazing hosts. They not only welcomed us into their space, but went above and beyond to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. HIGHLY recommend. When my crew and I come back to Nashville, Jim and Tina's will be the first place we check!

We are Jim and Tina Callahan. We are both retired from our "day jobs," and are enjoying other passions. As a performing songwriter (Jim) and a proud grandma (Tina) we find plenty to fill our daily lives. A common thread, that has always been a part of our lives, is the ability and desire to offer a helping hand or a handshake to people we meet. Our "Seven C's Cottage" is another (and the newest) way to reach out.

You can find Jim playing an occasional writers-round or performing private house concerts ... check out his music at www.jimcallahansongs.com. He is also available to perform for our visiting guest, free of course, upon request.

Tina, retired from Bridgestone Corporation, spends much of her time visiting Grand Children, who are scattered across the USA.

A few short years ago, we began building/adding an attached (but separate) "retirement suite" to our home. With a lot of work and planning, we have completed our goal, and are able to offer our guest the comfort and convienence we have enjoyed for all these years. In addition, we believe, being "on site" owners/managers, provides a unique opportunity for our guest; You don't have to ask Google ... you can ask us!
