We enjoyed our stay and loved the view of the mountains. We had everything we needed for a cabin stay. A little rustic, but very comfortable.

We loved being just outside of town. Being able to look out at the pines and the mountains was really nice and it was in a great location to get to the grand canyon for a day.Host was very communicative and available. Instructions on site were great to.The hideaway bed was not real comfortable for this adult but if having kids sleep on it you would be just fine.We would definitely stay again if we come back to the Flagstaff area.

The Cottage was cozy. Mostly modernized, but needs some upgrading and was not 100% clean.Beautiful mountain scenery; however unable to enjoy the peace and quiet. Heard children yelling and people speaking loudly as the cottage is adjacent to the owners home.

I feel this is an unfair and inaccurate review. The home is always clean, and we have countless reviews stating how clean it is. The cottage is not modern however it is exactly as shown in photos, and it is a lovely cozy cottage. We would have loved the opportunity to fix any problems had you reached out.

Amazing view!

Clean, cozy, everything you need for a lovely retreat. Hosts are kind and responsive, the location has one of the best views anywhere in Flagstaff. Excellent value for the price as well. We would definitely stay again.

Overall we loved the location and the house was perfect for two of us.

Other than the beds mattress needing to be replaced we love the location & the amenities were perfect for my son and I. Thanks for allowing us to rent your cabin.

The mattress is not old enough to be replaced. Maybe the mattress just wasn't to your preference. We are happy to see that overall you enjoyed your stay with us.

Fall Vacation

The cottage was great! Everything was very organized and easy to find. The bed was super comfortable and the view was amazing. We would definitely stay there again. The location is out of town but still close to everything. Very quiet and peaceful. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed in.

Amazingly peaceful

All & more than expected as far as beauty & quiet & private. Hosts were exceptional. A great retreat or location for fun adventures. I will return.

Lovely Peaceful Get Away

They stay was awesome, just like the last time we stayed here. The house is small but very comfortable and very clean and just what we wanted. The view is amazing! We sat enjoying our coffee/breakfast looking out at the field and mountains. The hosts were very responsive and friendly as well.

Great, quite spot just outside of town

I was in Flagstaff for a MTB race and this was the perfect cottage to stay. Jeff was great with communication. The cottage isn't fancy, but was clean, and had everything I needed. The outside patio with the view of mountains was amazing! Will definitely be staying again!

Great Retreat!

This is an amazing cottage in the woods, close enough to the city, yet quiet & remote enough to block it out. The hosts are friendly and pleasant, the cottage is clean, with everything necessary for a great stay. This is my second rental on this cottage and will be routine for summer get-a-way!! The view is spectacular!

Loved it! Super cozy, beautiful view

LOVED this little place. It’s actually bigger than it seems in photos. Super super cozy and comfortable, with everything you may need in the kitchen, bathroom, the whole house has all the essentials. The view is one of a kind. Absolutely stunning. The owners were kind and communicative. I can’t wait to be back. It was such a great weekend.

What A View

This cottage was just the right size for my family of 4. The mountain view was undeniably gorgeous. Just like the pictures and more. Everything we needed was available and if we needed anything more Jeff and Alyssa were just a message away. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for welcoming us to your home.

Peaceful Visit

nice studio facility. Everything clean. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen small but everything we needed was there. Owners friendly and very responsive and respected our privacy. Only negative was the extremely poor road ( LOTS of potholes) but ok if driving 5-10 mph. Overall a great visit - we would rent here again!
