Excellent for two if you don’t need to cook, which we didn’t. The door is a bit funky but works. Very comfy place to stay for aVisit with our daughter’s family who lives in town.

Expectations were exceeded compared to the listing and arriving. Pictures didn’t seem to capture the modern coziness. Went just for an escape and solitude, obtained that and then some. Host were phenomenal with communication and extremely friendly. Will definitely return in the future.

Hikers Haven exceeded our expectations. It was well equipped and very clean. Great neighborhood with easy access to downtown and other sites.

The property was sparkling clean and thoughtfully decorated. As described, the noise transfer is real and you will hear the guests on the main property. The host was an excellent communicator. Bed was firm but comfortable. As advertised, there is air conditioning but it is controlled within the main house. There are desk fans available for additional cooling.

Beautiful well-set-up studio! We loved having lunch on the patio, and the desk other seating wifi worked great for working remotely for a day. The neighborhood was quiet but super close to downtown Flagstaff.

Working with Santiago was extremely easy and very helpful. He is definitely "Baby-boomer friendly"!! lol He was easily available to assist us with our needs. The room is exactly what you see in the pictures. Clean, cozy and very comfortable. Had everything we needed and then some...and we had our own parking space.Downtown and many eateries are easily accessible. We came out here for their beautiful weather that allowed us to walk the town comfortably.We definitely are keeping this info since this will become our quick getaway from the heat in Havasu!!Thank you, Santiago!!!Jim & Rita

Location was good and overall space was great. Parking is not ideal as you have to park in the rocks off the driveway but it’s not horrible. The biggest thing for us was the bed and pillows were below our expectations: very hard and the pillows were essentially cardboard. Also not a fan of only being able to plug in the space heater to one outlet. While you’re running the heater, it makes the rest of the lights flicker. Overall great stay with great communication from the host. Really enjoyed the spacious bathroom/shower and the office space was a nice touch.

During colder months the city prohibits overnight on-street parking. I agree its not ideal but glad you found it workable. Thrilled you found our hosting communicative, thanks for being great guests!
