Charming and cozy house with fantastic water views. Our stay was restful and the host went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment. The house was well equipped for cooking, activities indoors and outdoor. We were even able to rent a boat during our stay! Lots of towels and blankets for our comfort. We had a lovely week!

Quiet, private, open, airy, serene, relaxing, comfortable, beautiful . I loved this house, the views of the river from the decks, not to mention the dock was just magical. It was squeaky clean and just as advertised. The steps are quite steep leading to the house and downstairs and make it impractical for someone with limited mobility, but aside from that, a perfect choice for a relaxing retreat on the water. Stan was great to work with, a perfect host. Highly recommended!

The property was very well equipped. Our family spent 5 nights here for Easter and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house had everything we could have or did need. Stan was attentive and easy to reach. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Already planning our return trip next year.

Loved this home on Lake Hamilton. We stayed here while the lake was still drawn down for the winter, but were still able to fish from the dock. The kayaks were quite dirty, but we ended up not using them. The house itself was comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The stairs leading down to the ground floor were very narrow, but our teenager loved having his own “apartment”. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the view of the lake. Hosts were gracious and easy to communicate with. Will stay here again!

Perfect spot for a long weekend at the lake with my 3 daughters. The house was well appointed, beds were comfortable, and the views were great. Only a 10-15 drive to downtown Hot Springs and the National Park, grocery store 5 minutes down the road, and direct access to the water. Two great decks - the lounge chairs on the lower deck are very comfortable.

Great getaway!

Our party of four adults (and two furry babies) truly enjoyed our stay at Stan’s property! The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed, allowing for the opportunity to cook all of our meals on site, and we LOVED the view of the lake.

Beautiful property near national and state parks

The property was lovely and well equipped. The proximity to 3 parks (Hot Springs, Lake Catherine, and Lake Ouachita) was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.

We loved this cute little spot. Our group only had three people so more than enough room! The property manager was so super sweet and even allowed us to check in early once the clean up crew had left. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again soon!

Great place to stay

We chose a very cold weekend in January to stay, but it was such a beautiful view of the lake with snow all around. I definitely recommend this place to stay. Stan was a great host with an awesome property! I do recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise from the living room, dining room, or patios. It was breathtaking!

Great location. Nice grounds/lake access. Washer/dryer was very convenient. We had a nice fire in the pit by the lake. We’d do it again!

We both enjoyed our stay at Stan’s lake house. Beds were comfy, ac worked great, kitchen well stocked, and view was beautiful. Communication with Stan was always prompt & he was very accommodating with our needs. Beautiful lake & river ♥️
